I placed an order for soap and linen and
It was billed immediately to my credit card. In less than a week the soap
bars arrived but no linen. I did receive call from customer service letting me know that the linen would be back ordered and might take two weeks to fill.
I said that was fine. 2 weeks came and went and still no linen. I called again, and the customer rep said she would look into and get back to me......she did not. A week later I called again, spoke with another rep, who also promised to look into it and I suggested she e-mail with whatever news she found. That didn't happen either., but within a few days half of the linen was delivered and 2 days later the other half arrived to complete the order. The price for the total order was about
10% less than than other suppliers I have used. So I will probably order
again from Mayfair altho my other suppliers typically do not charge until
the order is shipped.

Placed an order 7 Oct 2018, and and today is 4 Nov 2018, I have now received my order or heard from them, will not be ordering again, very displeased.

Mayfair has been great to work with over the past 10 years. I haven't had any issues and items ship quickly and orders are accurate.

I really like the products and they shipped fast. The only glitch I've had is exchanging one product for another. I spoke with a customer rep and gave my info. They were supposed to call back and never did. Still waiting.

I found just what I needed. I was looking for a bathtub soap dish that was an odd size and had looked at lots of websites. This one was perfect, priced right and was delivered quickly!

I liked the fact that when I called with questions I got to speak with a real person. Very nice and helpful staff.

My large order (greater than $800) was processed relatively well, with my items arriving via 3 different shipments. However, my last item (a case of pillows) didn’t arrive promptly and I had to place multiple calls to Mayfair to identify the problem and resolve the issue. It finally arrived, but after many days after other items were received.

I ordered towels after using the brand at a hotel. Now every morning I feel like I'm on vacation again -wrapped in extra-long, extra-plump bath towels.

Order 25405 Item TOM910361101 was not acceptable. Very thin towel. Spoke with Lauren about returning and she was to have someone call back. Called a second time and left message for manager to call back. No one has contacted us.

Last month, I ordered for the first time from Mayfair Hotel Supply. I placed an order for a case of each of the following individual sizes: Ecoessential Ecossential Elements Bath Gel, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion, Makeup Remover Packets and Plastic Wrapped Tumblers, I was very pleased with the quality and value. The only issue I had was that most of the body gels were not closed properly and leaked all over the case. Thankfully, the other product was not damaged and Mayfair Customer Service (Tammy) was very apologetic when I called to advise and they sent out a replacement case that very same day, and overnighted it! I will do all my future business with them, good company that stands behind their product.
