We’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations, however, we checked on our end and we could not find your account with us so I am not sure where the imputation of a big scam is coming from. We provide the tracking numbers as soon as it is shipped. Please note that our products are being imported from different countries with the use of local couriers, which is why the information might not be readily available until the package reaches USA.
That is not to say that our company's process is flawless as it is susceptible to human errors as well. We do apologize if we made any errors with your transaction with us.
