If there's any chance you might want to return your purchase, read the small print. To return a sweatshirt, which was a gift for my wife, she did not like because of poor quality, it cost me $11.00 return on top of original $9.00 shipping cost. In addition there was a 20% penalty for returning the item. And I still have not seen credit put back on my card. This is the reason people use Amazon.

I got a hoodies for my dad for Christmas and he has worn it almost daily, he really likes it a lot. It is warm inside and out and very comfy.

My granddaughters absolutely loved their cheer blankets. They were so soft and cozy. Great blanket

I accidentally ordered the wrong size of tshirt. Requested a refund and I told that the tshirt was printed to order and could not be returned. Next time I’ll buy it from Amazon. Their returns process is simple.

I ordered my sweatshirt based on the size guide and it is way too big. I have left a message requesting a call back. If I receive a call back and am assisted with this, I will change my rating to a 5 star. I love the sweatshirt but it's too big.

Buyer Beware!!! They sell you a QR code t-shirt that doesn’t work or may work for a day or a month then abruptly stops. They say it’s not their fault because it’s a third party site like YouTube that terminated the QR video. No refund, no reissue of a t-shirt with a different code either. Customer service is awful. I bought 6 t-shirts with QR codes and none of them work. When you scan it you get a message “The account associated with this video has been terminated by the owner.” What a scam, save your money.

I was sent a shirt that was not the size I ordered. This rip-off company wanted me to pay 50% of the purchase price and the shipping to exchange it, so it's off to the dump so I don't have to look at it! I'm done ordering anything from these scummy bottom feeders!

It would’ve generated a 5 star review. Unfortunately the casing of the product needs a seal tight cap on it. After each use I put the cap on. I discovered this past weekend that it leaked inside my purse. If it wasn’t an expensive purse, I wouldn’t care. But when you treat yourself to something nice, you take care of it in order for it not to be ruined with the contents of a leaking lip gloss.
