I absolutely love this cocktail dress! The fabric is comfortable,,classic look.

I was hesitated to purchase a wedding dress here. Fortunately the dress I received is well. A dress dress for when the day comes.I was expecting to have to make some adjustments, but it came out of package fitting perfect. Thank you Bridelily.

This is worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered my dress in January and was contacted by no one to let me know my dress would not be ready by the original date and I tried contacting them for days in the end of February to try and get an update and they finally responded 2 days later at 8:30 at night to tell me they have not even started my dress and it will not be ready until after the date I need it. Now my daughter has no prom dress. They made no attempt to fix it, make any accommodations. They told me they’ll give a discount next time I order from them. I will never order for them again and if you need your dress on time, DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

This company showed a delivery date of October 2. Never received. Homecoming passed. Filed a dispute with my bank, shipped after bank gave me credit. Showed pictures of it being delivered and bank recharged me. Did not show the bank that it had only been shipped after they had to get involved and after I no longer needed the dress. Took back to FedEx and they told me to Return to Sender.
Bridelily said that was “not their receiving center” and I would not get a refund. Now they have the dress and my money.

DO NOT buy from this place. THIEVES!

I received the dress, the cups in bust area were positioned weird

Their customer service is horrible and slow to respond. They do not tell you upfront that they are based in China and you have to pay to ship anything back. Plus they deduct their shipping cost from the refund. I was offered a $160.00 refund on an order that was twice that much. They do give you an option of donating unwanted items to charity and they will give you a 70% refund.

A few days after purchasing the dress I received a message asking me when the event is so they can be sure that I On time and it arrived exactly on the date they gave me, I would buy something from them again

I ordered a prom dress in Bridelily.it fits nice. Generally I’d choose size 6 but the size 4 was a very good fit and hugs the body. I ordered this last minute and it arrived on time for my event

Bridelily return policy will only give you one-third of the cost of the dress back, plus you have to pay FedEx to ship back to China. Their customer service is non-existent. Paid $150 for a damaged dress that smelled and had hair on it and their customer service just gave me a return address after two weeks of emailing and calling. I might get $50 back if I am lucky.
