The Mav store was very helpful in getting me the most updated navigation SIM card that was a plug in and play for our car.
The Mav store was very helpful in helping to update our navigation system in our 2017 Mazda CX9 Signature. The dealership wanted over $400 for an updated SIM card. This SIM card works fine, and was considerably less than the dealership.

Order Sept 3. It's Sept 17 and still haven't received. After 2 attempts to contact, Sam responded and said the package was lost and he will send another. Haven't received new tracking. Wanting to love the product, but not arriving.

Maznavstore.com, they did a great job for me. I ordered the nav card for my Mazda 2018 CX-9 and received it in a week. The dealership wanted to replace the card and charge me $520.00. It's a no brainer, I would rather save myself over $400.00. I haven't had the nav system working for a few years now. Dealership said they we can replace it for $520.00. I thought that was a bit extreme. So I found Maznavstore.com online and got the card, popped it in, and just like that my navigational system is working as if I just drove the car off the lot. I would recommend Maznavstore.com to anyone. 5 stars

GOOD BUY
I received the Navigation chip promptly after I ordered it. It was easy to install and works well. I'm going on a road trip and will be using it along with Android Auto . It came with online instructions also. I'm glad I ordered it.

The only thing I can say is that the SD card worked. I'm very disappointed that the maps appeared to be at least two years out of date. And it will not update from the Mazda toolbox app. Is there another way to update it?

I did not get what I ordered at first
I did not get what I ordered at first. I was sent out one that was already used and locked. Now I don’t know what I supposed to do with that one and can’t get an answer on… Do I send it back or throw it away? But the company did make the correction fast and mailed out a new one and it did work.

GREAT customer service and price
i much needed assistance from Sam Nutt in customer service. and the price was $80 for an updated navigation card. the dealer was $400!
and it was an easy switch and works great.

Product was advertised as 2025 map update when it was actually April of 2024 update. The actual product was hidden in the description tab. Very deceptive marketing. The advertised description clearly stated 2025. Local roads that have been open for over a year are not on it.

Speed limit off on roads
It seems to work great, but I have a problem with the speed limit showing on it on the elk mine Road it shows 25 miles an hour but it’s 45 and it’s been that way since 1978 when I first moved up here, if I’m not mistaken.
