I live in the mountains so signals get lost if not picked up at all. Brickhouse Security by far is second to none when it comes to me staying connected. Even when the signal is lost which is surprisingly few and far between they show me a replay of the route and I never miss a thing. I’m looking for peace of mind and Brickhouse Security delivers that to me again and again.

Brickhouse is the best car tracker for timely and accurate location and trip history information. I tried the Google based location devices and was disappointed by the inaccurate location information and gaps in coverage. Get Brickhouse, it does the job!

BrickHouse security tracking devices are the best! I've been using mine for like 4 months and it has been perfect. They are very easy to communicate with. If you're like me and don't like talking to people on the phone you can just text message them and they get back with you very quickly just like today I spoke with "Mervin" and I took care of my request ASAP! I highly recommend BrickHouse!

The tracker came as advertised
The tracker came as advertised. It was easy to use , even for me. The tracking was amazing! It was within a few feet of the address and even gave the address. Such a great value i couldn't believe it. Customer service was an actual human which answered my questions easily.I bought 2 and theyre still tracking after 2 months with no recharge.

I was having trouble making some changes on the app and got connected with their customer service.
Trish responded almost immediately and was very helpful in getting me the information I needed to solve my problem.
