Easy to use platform
Easy to use platform, when I ran into difficulties reactivating Kelvin was AMAZING at helping me with that. Very responsive as far as customer service! Couldn't be happier with my choice of companies.

I have looked for GPS trackers and…
I have looked for GPS trackers and tried a couple. I purchased ITagPro that was advertised as the best tracker. Only problem with it is that it operates using BlueTooth. So, if the vehicle is out of range the tracker does not work. The GPS tracker that I got from BrickHouse does not use BlueTooth and works exactly as advertised. The installation was easy. If I ever need another GPS tracker, I will go with BrickHouse!

This was the easiest purchase I have made.
My elderly Dad has gotten confused a couple of times and this system is perfect for us. I can set up a fence and know when he leaves home and when he is back.
The pricing was simple to understand and less expensive then some others.
I would tell everyone with a loved one that still wants to be independent this is the way to protect them.

Thanks for helping me with my issues. The text help was very convenient. I called the number last night outside of business hours and then got a text back in the morning. Mervin helped me this morning to track my device and find out why it wasn’t working.

BrickHouse security tracking devices…
BrickHouse security tracking devices are the best! I've been using mine for like 4 months and it has been perfect. They are very easy to communicate with. If you're like me and don't like talking to people on the phone you can just text message them and they get back with you very quickly just like today I spoke with "Mervin" and I took care of my request ASAP! The tracker came as advertised
The tracker came as advertised. It was easy to use , even for me. The tracking was amazing! It was within a few feet of the address and even gave the address. Such a great value i couldn't believe it. Customer service was an actual human which answered my questions easily.I bought 2 and theyre still tracking after 2 months with no recharge.
