Unbelievably slow customer service at Harris Park in Sydney this morning. Must have burned a higher amount of what the cappuccino cost me in fuel while waiting at the drive thru....

First time I used the toilets I had to clean it myself at 10:42hrs (photo to prove) later I returned again and went to the same toilet at 14:17hrs, sick of cleaning the toilet Almost everytime. So this time I asked the manager if someone could please clean it. (another photo to prove)
Was told by the Manager to "Clean it yourself or (colourful language)ing go somewhere else!" and addressed as "Boss Man". When I called to follow up I was spoken over and told all managers had agreed I am permanently banned for taking up too much time.

terrible service! i am 56 years old and the worker was so rude when i complained about having no pickles and hair in my burger. it was a poo experience. do not recommend

Port Augusta McDonald is the worst I’ve ever been at staff were rude all gave different reasons. Coffe burn our mouth after asked for warm coffee. Manger was rude unable to to come to a resolution gave not reasonable out come. Wouldn’t refund the order that was all wrong. I would never return to this McDonalds

Its okay-ish? I wasn't expecting much from a Mcdonalds but I've been to better Mcdonalds when I was in the US. This particular one was just okay, the food wasnt bad but it wasnt particularly good as well. haha

I’m a 52 year old man in Melbourne. I worked at Maccas for a couple of years in high school in the early 90’s. The same time I had my first girlfriend. My first…well…all sorts of firsts. That was a magic time. And McDonalds was part of that. But - much like my hair, and my youth, and the grunge era, and all sorts of other high times - THAT McDonalds is long gone.

You know it. I know it. Australia knows it. The world knows it. See - the thing about every single demographic is this - many people might be stupid - but paradoxically - at the same time - no one is stupid.

Everyone knows a loss of value and quality and service when they experience it. The corporate choices that have been made over the years have permanently severed the trust that McDonalds had with its customer base. Forget the health concerns, the supply controversies, the fair wage scandals - the very proposition that made McDonalds has been stripped away and what is left is a shadow. If there was a hope that younger generations would continue to provide revenue after older customers who have experienced so much better have lost all faith - that has been very ill-considered. Messages always pass on down, as oral tradition always has.
McDonalds is finished. And the last decade of execs sealed that deal. You really screwed up, guys.

No one is lovin it. Rest in peace McDonalds. We miss what once was. This current iteration is only a very poor facimile - the fast food version of AI slop.

Sydney Australia what a joke. After getting my order after 80 mins cold and soggy in a Sydney winter by Doordash and finding out its from some imported who knows where Filet o Fish and tasted crap and mushy on top. We mus be out of fish in Australia it seems. The cheapest ones id bet. Nearly $30 AUD for 3 of those small nasty shrinking burgers every 6 months i buy them. Wont be anything left but a couple of bites soon in a whole burger. What a nasty combination. Door dash and Mcdonalds. Couldnt get much worse.

My wife became violently ill after drinking an orange juice from McDonalds on O’BRIENs Rd Northmead nsw
I made a complaint receiving a lengthy reply which included the statement “ We note that your complaint relates specifically to your purchase of Orange Juice. Our records indicate that on the day in question the restaurant served 1384 other customers. We would like to reassure you that to this date, the restaurant has not received any other complaints of this nature. “

Your Statement that restaurant served other customers does not impress nor intimidate me the origin of my wife’s issue was directly attributed to restaurant . Weather other customers were effected of not is not my concern,,MY WIFE WAS MADE SICK after consuming a orange juice from your establishment.
By the way we went back the following day and made an order asking for orange juice with the meal to be told they were not serving orange juice on that day at least. Strangely coincidental!

This is not an isolated incident we we have had problems and customers should be aware that there are hygiene issues.

How can you possibly allow this? Two different venues- the second AFTER I personally cleaned the table as it was that disgusting beforehand!

I wish I could show you photos here - they would make people vomit.

The food quality was horrible with the hotcakes being cold and frozen

Don’t go to McDonalds in Thornton NSW.

The staff are always rude, the place is always a mess and they can’t seem to get an order right.

Every single time something is wrong or missing and the incorrect food is cold.

Tonight was the final straw, My Mcdelivery order was completely wrong. It had my name on the sticker but it was someone else’s order.

I have deleted my maccas account and app. Seriously, if you really want McDonald’s, drive to East Maitland but I say don’t waste your time and money. KFC at Thornton is fantastic and always do a great job or visit the local take away.

I’m done with McDonald’s.

Ashmore McDonald’s ,continues to not read there orders, goddam tired of this ,buggered our order yet again today 28/2/2026 ,With my sons allergies we hav mustard ,pickles ,onions removed and they constantly stuff this up cause there employees don’t read the orders, sick of it,poor service this continues sooo many times ,LIFT YOUR GAME MCDONALDS, SICK OF IT ….Another Burger in the BIN….

Unfortunately, Brisbane Airport Domestic has taken skim milk of their menu for McCafe so now i shop elsewhere for my coffee. Poor form

Drive-through staff at MacDonald's Collinswood SA was highly rude. There was a mix-up in the items we were given. Without apology, the staff shouted to me and my daughter demanding to return the items we were given. We eventually received the correct items, however this manner is totally unacceptable.

Mcdonalds does not have a screen you can see that tells you when to come to the counter to pickup your order, they just yell it out over and over, you know, like in the 17th century before electricity.
I am mostly deaf, there are a lot of us around, i will never eat at mcdonalds again because it is too stressful and to be honest, it is extremly expensive poor quality food.
It is 2025 peeps, people with so called disabilities should be helped too.
