It is easy to navigate and has plenty of options.

While working to obtain an appraisal trainee license I encountered a technical problem with their online learning center. Since I am still working in another career, I set aside my weekend time for learning. On this particular weekend, I prepared to log in to my USPAP class which I was already 18% into only to be locked out due to not completing a previous course requirement, which was completed and certificate issued! NO SUPPORT ON THE WEEKENDS!! I feel quite certain that many people are working other jobs/careers during the week and set aside their weekend time for either acquiring licensure or continuing education. I just lost an entire weekend of learning thanks to a "technical issue" and no support offered on the weekend. If I were not invested in this program already, I would have selected another education source not connected with McKissock or Colibri

Do not waste your time or money on McKissock Learning. I put hours of hard work into completing their course, only to have their terrible platform completely fail me when it mattered most. During the middle of my final exam, the system glitched and booted me out—not once, but twice. I wasn’t even finished taking the test, yet the system automatically failed me. Hours of studying and preparation were wiped out in a second due to their technical incompetence. When you try to get help, the nightmare only gets worse. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. You are routed to an offshore call center in the Philippines to speak with agents who have broken accents and zero authority or ability to actually fix technical glitches. When you ask to speak to a supervisor, you are told you will get a callback, which takes days. This company takes your money and abandons you when their software fails. I would never recommend McKissock Learning to anyone looking to advance their career. I will absolutely never use them again. Take your business to a professional education provider that actually has reliable technology and real customer support.

I didn't not pass a final on a course. At the end of the test, it indicates the course would be re-added so I could take it again in its entirety. it wasn't. When I called McKissock, the agent told me I have to pay again. I have been a customer for 7 years. I have spent thousands of dollars on your products. Either the course is incorrect or the agent is. What kind of customer service do you have?

3.6 CLASS. I HAVE A SERIOUS ISSUE WITH HAVING TO LISTEN TO WHAT I CAN READ. I TURNED THE VOLUME OFF AND READ THE TEXT. I CAN READ THE TEXT IN 1/4 OF THE TIME IT TAKES TO LISTEN. THE ENTIRE CLASS IS LIKE THIS. IN THE PAST THERE WERE SOME SLIDES THAT YOU LISTEN (MORE CONVERSATIONAL) TO AND PAGES YOU CAN READ ON YOUR OWN AND MOVE FORWARD AT YOUR OWN PACE. IF ALL CLASSES ARE GOING TO BE LIKE THIS CLASS I WILL BE MOVING ON TO A NEW EDUCATIONAL COMPANY. I HAVE BEEN APPRAISING FOR OVER 20 YEARS NOW AND HAVE ALWAYS USED YOUR COMPANY.

I recently completed the USPAP 2026-2027 CE course and was so surprised and impressed at the improvements made to that course over previous versions. I found it to be so much more interactive and engaging to apply the information with real world scenarios rather just memorizing information. Well done and thank you.

I CANNOT LOGIN TO THE COURSE I WAS TAKING YESTERDAY, THERE IS NO WEEKEND HELP, THIS SUX

Cirriculum was relevant for the most part, but I feel some of the material on general financial and furtures/investment is likely NOT very relevant to a beginning appraiser. A novice doing inspections and filling out 1004 forms has no real use for complex compounding-interest rate mortgage knowledge. I am not looking for a career as a mortgage broker. The USPAP section could have been a bit more in-depth as well. Overall the UI was pretty intuitive and helpful

No survey was provided and I still haven't received my certificate. Also, your website shows every class I've taken with you REGARDLESS of the fact that the courses were from earlier license renewals! Why don't you separate these? I've asked this before and have never received an answer nor has anything changed. It's super frustrating!

I really enjoy the program, I just wish there was a way for me to take notes to save for later. Once you move on from a page or section there is really no way to quickly reference back to important information once you have gone through it.

The website needs to be more user friendly!

I went to review a course I had completed previously, unable to move around and go to the material I was focused on, I had to start the course again from the beginning.

The communication and conversations with Reed! I was also considering AI, as well, but after several unsuccessful attempts to talk to someone there who would listen and answer my questions, my choice became very clear! Thank you Reed for taking the time to talk me through this process!!
