No survey was provided and I still haven't received my certificate. Also, your website shows every class I've taken with you REGARDLESS of the fact that the courses were from earlier license renewals! Why don't you separate these? I've asked this before and have never received an answer nor has anything changed. It's super frustrating!

I really enjoy the program, I just wish there was a way for me to take notes to save for later. Once you move on from a page or section there is really no way to quickly reference back to important information once you have gone through it.

The website needs to be more user friendly!

I went to review a course I had completed previously, unable to move around and go to the material I was focused on, I had to start the course again from the beginning.

The communication and conversations with Reed! I was also considering AI, as well, but after several unsuccessful attempts to talk to someone there who would listen and answer my questions, my choice became very clear! Thank you Reed for taking the time to talk me through this process!!

I was helped by Cara. I always will ask for her because she is 5-Star helpful and service-minded. I am more successful because she is so good at her job.

I've paid for the exam prep package, but navigating to that section of this website is very nearly if not completely impossible. Every, single click once logged in, funnels me to Continuing/Qualifying Ed and my "Dashboard."

At the completion of the course, we were told their would be a course review. It never appeared. Also, when I look at My Courses it shows that I have not taken the course. Also, I do not understand how to get the certificate.

I am perplexed.

Since McKissock absorbed the appraisal courses from Gold Coast Real Estate Schools, all in-person courses have been eliminated. This forces the appraiser to long, boring and not as effective refreshing or learning, particularly the USPAP course

I had some issues with my licenses that McKissock quickly resolved.

This is an excellent opportunity for people to learn about an appraiser.

I used to go to McKissock for as many on-line cont ed classes as possible, because though they were dry, I really learned a lot. Now I will take anything before I take another class form them. They have become so Woke that all they seem to care about is being PC. Don't waste your time. Unless you're woke too, then you'll be in hog heaven!

I just took the 7-hour National USPAP Continuing Education Course from McKissock / Colibri Group. They charged me for the course and tacked on the 'Appraisal Unlimited Learning Membership Premium' twice—a $450 membership I explicitly did not want. I was charged $1,179.49 just to take a 7-hour mandatory class.
UPDATE: NOW IT'S GRAND THEFT. They just hit my account a THIRD time for another $450. That is three unauthorized $450 charges draining my checking account, hitting in a systematic loop at 4:00 PM Friday, 2:00 AM Saturday, and 4:00 PM Saturday exactly. This is a severe merchant billing error and an unauthorized electronic fund transfer (EFT). I’ve had to freeze my card and file a formal Regulation E dispute with my bank to protect my money.
They have a monopoly on online self-paced USPAP and treat their captive audience like an open wallet. APPRAISERS BEWARE: CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS IMMEDIATELY.

Advance Prompting- I couldn't make course but you sent it to me which I greatly appreciate. I just completed it. Terrific course with a terrific instructor. I look forward to using the course material.
