Redy well worth the constant

Head of Customer success was less than…
Head of Customer success was less than successful. Said they could not provide agents at first bc my property was not eligible, then he said he would provide agents but never did. Said he would email me agents and connect me with them but never did.

Thank you for your feedback - we understand your frustration and want to clarify what occurred.
We exchanged several emails explaining that we were unable to activate your property because it is currently listed for sale with an agent under an active agreement. As a policy, we cannot interfere with an existing listing contract, and this is why your property was initially deemed ineligible for activation on the platform.
As a courtesy, we also offered to reach out to agents on your behalf for a potential connection once your listing agreement expires. We did follow through on that outreach; however, the agents we contacted were not comfortable having their information shared while you are still in an active agreement. We had to respect their wishes, just as we respect all active contractual relationships.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this caused. These guidelines are in place to protect all parties involved, and we must adhere to them consistently.
If your situation changes in the future, we would be more than happy to assist you at that time.
