Initial Stages & Megan is Amazing
I was hesitant at first because I just found MDC on google randomly during my search. I’ve just heard back regarding my visa evaluation and these initial stages have been handled by Megan London whose an absolute star. She has been so understanding, supportive and most importantly reassuring! MDC need to consider making her case worker, she is honestly amazing! I’ll be back later with a further review but so far so good. I don’t feel like I’m being scammed!

Smooth and feeling comfortable working with Ann Taylor
So far Ann Taylor is now my new case officer taking care of my application and its been a smooth and friendly communication between us.I feel relief now because she has been transparent to me so far and am getting to understand the visa application process now thank you very much.

Proactive and effective communications
The MDC team has been very proactive with communication and regular check-ins. Their online portal is very effective and easy to navigate.
My only criticism is their sometimes aggressive up-selling. They have been respectful when I have declined additional paid services.

I have been working with Ava
I have been working with Ava, she is fabulous and has been a huge help in the process of receiving a student Visa. Would definitely recommend using them if you're having as much confusion on the process as I was. Made it much easier to understand, and provided a step by step process to gain a visa.

They were extremely pushy and made me feel pressured right away — major red flags. When I tried calling their number back, it was disconnected. I told them I’d call back later, but they said only they could call me — yet another huge red flag. When I said I wanted to think about it, they kept insisting it had to be done immediately. I reported and blocked them right after. Total scammer vibes.

Extremely disappointing and misleading experience
I signed up and paid $2500 after being called multiple times a day by very pushy sales people and reassured I could cancel later if I didn’t want to move forward with my application.
Since then we got our residency in Australia so I didn’t proceed but my refund was refused and my emails requesting my information have not been answered.
The process felt pushy and misleading, so be very cautious and read all terms carefully before signing up.
Reply: I understand it’s a paid service and if I did receive the service it wouldn’t be an issue. The issue is that the sales team push you to pay with misleading information and then the support team never replies to emails once payment has been made.
I am not looking for a refund for the assessment, only for the application that wasn’t even started.
I answered privately providing all my information so looking forward to your answer now you have all the details!

Kindly note that our service is indeed a paid service, which varies depending on the type of visa you’re applying for. Our team also has to assess your profile to determine your eligibility to move to Canada. The specific cost is determined based on some preliminary information that we will require from you. Once again this greatly depends on the visa type along with your education and work experience. This as certain career paths have more options available than others, and fees are therefore based on the amount of work that our team will have to put into your evaluation.
