I am amazed and dumbfounded by how quick my order arrived from Vietnam. Ordered on 18th aug and arrived by 23rd Aug morning.
Although the delivery fee was $85 usd so make sense for it to come so fast. ( I hope they start providing free shipping if purchased in high quantity)
I bought 3 items from designer Tinh Atelier The clothing is very high quality and good material. Definitely meant for tall girlies so need a bit trimming. People buying from USA or aud make sure to check size guide. I would say go. a size up since as the item run small.
The packaging was so cute and fancy with a nice thank you note from the brand and team.
I will definitely be a loyal customer to this website.

Awful
Awful. They had the wrong address on the delivery label, asked them multiple times to contact DHL to correct it as I wasn’t able to and they kept saying it was correct. It’s like talking to a brick wall. Never received what I ordered and now going through credit card dispute.

Dear Ms. Jessica Lam,
We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced while shopping with us. However, regarding your review, we believe it is not accurate and would like to clarify the situation as follows:
- On July 16, 2024, our shipper contacted you to deliver your package, but you requested that the package be held at their counter for you to pick up.
- Some time later, you did not pick up the package but left a review on Trustpilot stating that we did not deliver it to you.
- On July 24, 2024, we contacted DHL and received information that you had requested the package to be held at their counter. We then requested DHL to redeliver the package to your address, and you received your package on July 26, 2024.
Since you left this review, we have contacted you multiple times via email and phone, hoping you would amend the review as it is not accurate. Unfortunately, you have not responded to our attempts and have decided to keep the review unchanged.
This inaccurate review significantly affects our reputation. We have full photographic evidence showing that you requested DHL to hold the package at their counter, as well as proof that DHL successfully delivered the package to you so we kindly ask you to reconsider your position.
Thank you for your cooperation.

Order paid for, not received.
I placed an order almost a month ago.. I have not received an email confirmation or any tracking information (the dress was estimated to be delivered 2 weeks ago). I sent 3 emails to the support center, along with a screen shot of my order number, and have not received a response. I also called the provided phone number. It is a non-working number. I am at a loss- $900 paid to Meanblvd and no dress.
I am hoping someone contacts me after reading this review.. so frustrating.

Dear Ms. Diane Pivaut,
We are very sorry for the unpleasant experience you had while shopping with us. We would like to explain further as follows:
1. We have clear sales policies on our website, stating that accessory products are not subject to our return and refund policy, as outlined in section 2. Original Condition. You can refer to it here: https://meanblvd.com/pages/return-refund-policy. These policies are publicly available and not hidden as you mentioned.
2. We understand that you might not have read through this return policy when purchasing. Therefore, we reached out to assist you in exchanging for a more suitable product. However, we have not received any response from you.
We hope you understand that providing excellent customer experiences is our goal. We are not rigid in our policies and we certainly do not engage in any deceptive practices as you have stated. We kindly ask you to reconsider and give us a chance to support you. We also hope you will amend the inaccurate review.
Thank you.

DO NOT USE FOR SPECIAL OCCASIONS
They're purporting to sell products they don't even have, will take 10+ to tell you that something you bought is not even shipping. If for some reason you are relying on their products for a special event, be it a wedding or prom or cocktail hour, know that you should buy with a buffer of 30 days. 12 to find out you're not getting your products from then, with the next two weeks you can spend finding what you're actually going to wear. Horrible. Ruined my plans for a dear friend's international wedding. Never use. Never shop.

We are very sorry for the unpleasant experience you had while shopping with us. We hope you understand that as a long-standing business, customer satisfaction with our products and services is a goal we constantly strive to achieve and improve every day. However, some issues are beyond our control, such as the manufacturer's inability to source the materials needed to complete the product you ordered.
We understand that you needed this dress for a special occasion and that its failure to arrive in time caused you considerable distress. Please accept our sincerest apologies.
The value of your order has already been refunded to you. Nonetheless, we hope you will give us another chance to serve you in the future so that you can have a different perspective on our MEAN BLVD team.
Thank you.
This is my first order but of course won’t be the last!!
First, I ordered a dress one month before my occasion, but the arrival time was supposed to be ten days after the occasion. I asked the customer service to speed up the order and they were very polite and helpful. I was hopeless that I would get the dress earlier, but suddenly they sent the dress ten days before the occasion. I got the dress in so elegant packaging and the dress was perfect in all aspects. I am extremely satisfied and happy with this experience.

Great experience!
I have ordered 4 dresses, 2 on separate occasions and I love the quality and design of all of them. When I had some trouble woth the shipment/contents, the staff/owner responded promptly and addressed my concern to make sure I was satisfied. Greatly recommend! A little pricey but I think it’s worth it for the quality of the products.

Hi Sebastian, thank you for your reviews. We hope to serve you for your upcoming orders!
5 unauthorized from my account
I had 5 unauthorized transactions taken from account on the same day to the value of AUD $1058.04. My transaction statement listed MEAN BLVD as the receiver of this money.
Advised my bank who were able to tell me the origin of the transactions in Vietnam.
Attempted to contact through their support email hoping this was an honest mistake. We had never heard to Mean Blvd before this issue, let along order anything from them.
A week later I have received no response except for an automated reply to my initial email. It was only after I wrote my initial review (7 Sept) did they make email contact with me asking me to provide more details. I note another reviewer got the same request for information after money was taken from their account.
10 October update
I provided Mean Blvd with the information they required and they said they would get their Finance team to investigate. It was another few weeks before I heard back to say they had investigated and the money was not in their accounts.
If this is true, then you can only assume someone has hacked their systems or impersonating them, so BUYERS BEWARE!
9 NOV UPDATE
My Bank in Australia investigating these transactions deemed them as unauthorised and has refunded all my losses in full including the o/s transaction fees. Credit to them!
I then advised MEAN BLVD that my bank had refunded my losses. I then Received another email wishing me well and asking me to remove my Review. I have edited slightly from my original review on 9 Sept and added an extra star in acknowledgment of their follow up but I’m not prepared to remove it, as others may have had a similar experience.

Dear John Mula,
Firstly, we are so sorry for the delay in responding. We received many impersonated emails with similar content in the past therefore, we set the system to filter emails into spam according to our system rules.
In your case, please follow our instructions below:
1. Double-check your bank account or payment gateway to find out if there are any unusual login sessions that were not carried out by you.
2. Is your account being deducted money from a bank account or a payment gateway? Please provide us with your username or email so we can check the transaction history to see if there is any money coming from your account.
3. The account of the recipient of the money deducted from you may be our impersonated account thus, to ensure safety, please proactively claim to the banker or payment gateway to ensure your funds are secure.
When we receive more information from you related to the above items, we will check and respond with additional information.
We are looking forward to hearing from you soon.
