The biggest scammers. I requested a bespoke mirror and showed images of the shape and lighting type I wanted. The item I received had the incorrect lighting and shape. I have been refused a refund and just been ignored. My order was also over 4 weeks late and I still had to pay the delivery fee which I have not been refunded for. They have now gone radio silent and just ignore everything. I will be taking them to small claims court to get my money back.

Absolutely awful customer service.

This is our second order with me and my glass. Our 1st order went pretty smoothly. All the items were delivered promptly as advertised.

Our second order has been anything but smooth. We got in contact with John who commissioned our order of a fluted shower door and associated hardware. John created a spec and we agreed on all the brass hardware they could supply. After ironing out the details we made a full payment upfront for the item. After a few weeks a glass shower door was delivered on site at 6PM despite us telling them that the site is unattended after 5PM. We understood this was a courier issue and was out of the hands of John and me and my glass. However, the brass hardware for the shower door was missing. John advised it was being delivered by a separate courier. It has now been 4 weeks and we still do not have the brass hardware. We have sent over 10 emails. We have tried calling at least 3 x a day (no one answers the phone).

We've asked them to collect the glass and refund our money or dispatch the hardware so that they can fulfil our order and we can install the shower door.

An absolute scam of a business. Have instructed our solicitors to initiate proceedings to recover the money.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Don't think the whole process could have been any easier (online) The website was really helpful and easy to navigate. Prices were one of the best I could find too. Overall, first class service!

The glass cracked on my stove, the maker of which no longer exists, I gave Me & My Glass the make and measurements and they cut the glass to fit. Excellent service and attention to detail, I particularly appreciated their quick turnaround as the Yorkshire Dales got their first snow of winter.

Great communication to make sure the glass was cut to the exact size required, product arrived as expected and looks great in our log burner.

quick effective service

I had to replace a cracked piece of glass in one of the doors. It required a template to be taken and sent. I spoke with Jo who guided me through their process and once the template was received she supplied costings and delivery times. It all went smoothly and very happy with the product and service, thank you.

I paid for my glass in June and having been sent completely the wrong size of glass was assured a replacement would be sent. I have waited over 2 months for a replacement and John has stopped responding to emails. I have no initiated small claims court as it looks like other have had to do. Avoid at all costs!

I ordered specific size fire bricks for my wood burner online they arrived about 1 week later very well wrapped up and cut to my requirements excellent service at a very reasonable price. I would recommend this company
