I am so impressed with how responsive MEC are and their effectiveness in handling medical insurance procedure approvals. I was first in touch with Fiona late on a Friday afternoon, and within a few hours she had already been in touch with my insurance company and sought approval for a private consultation. And most recently, Mandy went above and beyond to get a last-minute approval that the insurance company had been reluctant to give.

Following a recent claim on my medical insurance and being new to to the whole procedure Mandy Steadman at MEC has been wonderful. Excellent customer service, friendly, supportive and very responsive in sorting out pre-authorisation codes. I would have no hesitation in recommending MEC.

They are easy to talk to as it doesn’t feel like you’re ringing an insurance company who make you feel like every question is a trick one. They are genuinely caring, helpful and interested in what you have to say. Always answer the phone and solve any queries quickly.

I called with an urgent medical problem and got through to Mandy Steadman who worked through all the details of my request and quickly advised how to move forward at pace.
