I placed Order #54892 on 4/15/2026 and canceled it the very next day, 4/16/2026. The estimated shipping timeframe wasn’t even until May 2026, so the order had not been started, processed, or fulfilled in any capacity.

Despite this, the company is attempting to charge a 3% cancellation fee totaling $154.66. Charging such a significant fee for canceling within 24 hours—before any work has been done—is unreasonable and feels like a cash grab rather than a fair policy.

There was more than enough notice given, and no product had been produced or shipped. A fee of this size under these circumstances is excessive and not customer-friendly.

I would strongly advise others to review this company’s cancellation terms very carefully before placing an order, as they may enforce steep fees even when orders are canceled almost immediately.

They said they’re 72 inch finish mower works with a quick hitch, but you have to use an adapter requiring removal of the top hitch and then putting on the adapter which no longer makes it quick. The lower hitch’s are so low that I have to lift the mower to get it on my PTO. They have not been cooperative regarding refunds and keep sending me YouTube videos for instructions on how to correct the issue. Buyer beware

They do not stand behind their products. I ordered a brand new power washer and the power washer was missing a part one it was assembled. I called them to explain what part was missing. They responded back to me by email and would not ship me another one. I had to purchase the part that wasn’t packaged originally from the factory. One would think if you spend $4000 dollars with them and a simple part was missing they would stand behind it.

I bought the hot water pressure washer and it is the most abhorant piece of trash I have ever used. The sensor for the flame detection is a light sensor and any sane human being should imagine that that type of sensor is going to get smoked up in the first use.

Their pressure washer is a lemon----never worked. the warranty replacement was also junk-----8 months later and still no operating pressure washer. All communication on repairs is in Chinese. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Machine works pretty well ... arrived with minor damage Charges for shipping were a waste ... I eventually picked up the box myself. Probably would not buy from them again.

Bought the sm 32 been trying get it going for 3. Weeks.
Put the 3 set of belts on it have sawed 8 logs
Now the rubber torque bushing come out.
No we are not overtightened it we torque it every time.
Belts are just trash.
Would not recommend this mill.

Ordered a stump grinder on 11/27. Was set for delivery 12/5. On 12/5 the Fedex truck driver dropped the machine off the back of the truck. I instantly refused the delivery and called MechMaxx. First impression was some company run out of someones basement. I was transferred to a manager who assured me the would re send another unit. Sent me a text the same day confirming. 25 days later I have NO replacement and only emails that make no sense and even ask me to rate the machine I do not have. On 12/25 they ask again for me to rate the machine and provide a link to reply to and the link auto generates an email telling you to use another email to send correspondence. This was financed through Affirm who directs me to solve the problem with the Seller. These people need to be reported to the AG and BBB. There is an entire Facebook page dedicated to experience just like this but not limited to bad customer service. DO NOT BUY. You will regret it. Buy from a US based company not some BS chinese drop shipping company. Worste buying experience ever and I spend over $50,000 on tools a year in my business. I wish I would have done more research. I have the entire email chain everything time date stamped. They are such cons they show on their website that I received the item on December 9th as if it were delivered. This is downright fraud.

These people pay for so much Google ad space so you cannot even find an American made product because they flood the search results with their products coming up in search results. Using ChatGPT I found and American made stump grinder with the same design for 600 dollars more but with thousands of high reviews---Don't get taken and end up dealing with these people. $600 is not worth the stress of losing your money or receiving a product with no support because it will still end up being a loss when you can't get parts or support. You still have a tool you can't use. Please spread this word. Farmry is another knockoff that always shows up with the MechMaxx searches for products. Dont get fooled. It's the same business model and its products are identical in looks and specs. Only painted a different color and different name.

I really did my homework before ordering my stump grinder from Mech Maxx and it has really exceeded my expectations.
I've owned it for nearly 1 1/2 years now and has literally paid for itself and still running strong.
I highly recommend their products!

No communication. It will be close to 30 days before the product will be delivered. Called over a week ago to see what was up. Chipper was sitting in California. Representative was to email me the updated delivery details. No update sent. Called 12-22-2026 and product is to be shipped on Christmas....poor customer service and no communication

Bought a SM36 Max and it took me 2 months to get it running. Bought the Zonsen engine upon recommendation of the MechMaxx Rep and have had nothing but problems. It was outside for 3 days with the MechMaxx cover on it - it rained for about an hour - after three weeks found out that water had got in the engine through the breather and had vapor lock!! Why??? These are advertised to be outside! Bad Bad experience!

Fast service and even quicker to resolve problem's as far as delivery issues. Thanks Mechmaxx.

I feel great about ever order. They come in an orderly manner. Always packed well Items fit as should. Price is usually the cheapest. Not that cheap is always the way to go but why not if it works well. Always answer any questions you have.

So far I have purchased your sawmill and wood chipper have been completely satisfied with your products I am currently saving to buy a flail mower for tractor and mini excavator have no doubts they will work as advertised.

This company is legit. Bought the B200 35hp wood chipper. Shipping was timely, coordinated and efficient. Minor issues but customer support and technical support handled very well. I would recommend. Would have been higher rating but needed replacement part.

just think the products you sell are misleading i spent 4000 dallors on a presure wAsher that was supposed to be 4000psi the one i got is only 3500 psi and it sits in a inclosed frame with four wheels and none of the wheels are steerable they are fixed trying to use this thing anywhere where it needs moving good luck it weighs 400 lbs already wheels are distroyed axles bent by trying to move it around its completly junk . when i contacted support about issue they come back at me that the industry standard has a 500 psi + or- wich is a complete lie i will never buy there junk again
