Cancellation Fee Theft
I placed Order #54892 on 4/15/2026 and canceled it the very next day, 4/16/2026. The estimated shipping timeframe wasn’t even until May 2026, so the order had not been started, processed, or fulfilled in any capacity.
Despite this, the company is attempting to charge a 3% cancellation fee totaling $154.66. Charging such a significant fee for canceling within 24 hours—before any work has been done—is unreasonable and feels like a cash grab rather than a fair policy.
There was more than enough notice given, and no product had been produced or shipped. A fee of this size under these circumstances is excessive and not customer-friendly.
I would strongly advise others to review this company’s cancellation terms very carefully before placing an order, as they may enforce steep fees even when orders are canceled almost immediately.
