Absolutely the worst customer service possible. They rarely answer the phone, but instead have you leave a message so they call call you back at a later date. you can NEVER talk to the department that. you need to. They have an answering service that will forward your information, question, etc. to another party, which will get back with you on a different date...maybe.

MSE has great customer service, they have helped me many of time on the products.

Overall great operation and customer service. MSE is great to get small quantities of product for trial runs and lab testing.

THe products are sturdy and reasonably priced

Customer service is generally responsive and helps address our issues. Product quality is also generally good and accurately described. One thing I wish was improved is the information on whether an item is in stock or not. On several occasions, we have ordered materials only to find out it is out of stock and won't be delivered for another 4-8 weeks. So it is helpful to ask customer service whether an item is in stock before ordering.

The overall experience was good. The selection of products was great and the price was reasonable. The packaging and delivery was also good. My only complaint is their handling of tax exemption form. On their website, they promised a 48 hour response after uploading, but mine was only processed after I contacted them several days later, because they sent me emails after emails either asking for review or advertising for their products. I made my purchase paying the tax that I should not have been paying, because I was in a hurry and also because I saw they had a discount, which was more than the tax. The website said the discount would only last for 2 days, but I checked a week later and the discount was still there.

To conclude, I will keep shopping at MSE Supplies when necessary, but I think the tax exemption was done on purpose.

MSE supplies critical battery research materials at reasonable pricing with super fast delivery. They have generally been responsive when we need information about specific suppliers or grades for their MSE branded materials. We have had a few issues with quality of packaging chemicals (like NMP) - MSE has always sent replacements but sometimes those replacements have the same quality issues.

For my first list, the administrator, Janette Vallej, helped me so much with the tax exemption.
