Top of the line operation. Doctor is very attentive, as he clearly lays out all the options to customize the result to one's preference. Staff does not rush during the procedure and is also very mindful of the wellbeing of the patient.

But above all, what really blew me away was the level of service deluevred by my consultant, Rose. She was checking on me and responding to my messages at all time of the day. She went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible, and made sure I had the necessary information and tools for a successful post op.

Great service. The staff did everything they could to make the procedure as comfortable as possible. Everything was quick, and well organised. I would especially like to highlight Rose, the coordinator. We turned to her with every question, and she helped with everything; she has also been regularly following up on my progress ever since. I recommend this place.

I've recently had a hair transplant (Wednesday 29th April) 3 days ago and i must say the service from when looking to book it, the communication before travelling to Istanbul and, the kind care before the procedure, the care during and also after all the way to the airport has been fantastic. Since arrive back home they've taken care of me by supplying me with more information as well as regular check ups across the days as promised to ensure the after process is all going ok so far the service has been brilliant. i will provide 3, 6,9,12+ updates coming. I was very concerned and worried about this process as it's not just a easy process but the team at Medart have been brilliant so far.

Overall, the surgery was good, the personnel are great, the patient care is something important and very well done and the facilities are good and comfortable.

My experience was very good. I received a very professional and well-thought-out package that included everything important. This started with the transfer from the airport to the hotel, and then to the clinic. Everyone was very kind. The clinic itself seemed very modern.

The pre-surgery consultation was friendly and sufficiently detailed for me. I was a bit worried about the anesthesia, but it was absolutely manageable—there’s really nothing to be afraid of. After the procedure, my head was bandaged. I would also like to mention that they paid great attention to hygiene.

The next day, the bandages were changed and I had my first hair wash, which was explained very precisely. Before the final farewell, they gave detailed instructions on what I could and couldn’t do during the first few months.

I would like to thank everyone for everything, especially Rose, who supported me with incredible energy, attention, and kindness throughout my stay.

The communication was clear, the staff were professional and friendly, and the whole process felt well organized. I felt well informed before the procedure and well taken care of on the day of the operation.

It is still too early to say anything about the final result, so I prefer to be honest about that. But regarding the clinic, the communication, and the overall experience, I am satisfied and everything was at a good level.
