From the very beginning, everything was organised so smoothly. Communication before my procedure was clear, I felt supported throughout the entire process, and every member of staff was kind, professional and genuinely caring.

What has stood out to me the most has been the post-operative care. The first few days after a hair transplant can be emotionally challenging, especially with swelling and all the visible changes before results appear, but the MedArt team has continued to check in, answer my questions and provide reassurance whenever I needed it. That level of support has made a huge difference to my experience.

I had my hair transplant at MedArt Clinic in January 2026 and, even though I’m still only a few months into the journey, I’m already incredibly happy with the results.

From start to finish, the entire experience was excellent. The staff were professional, friendly, and reassuring throughout the process, making what could have been a nerve-racking experience feel comfortable and straightforward. Every member of the team took the time to answer questions and make sure I felt at ease.

The clinic also arranged a fantastic hotel, the food was great, and our driver was wonderful - always punctual, friendly, and professional. Having everything organised so smoothly meant I could focus entirely on the procedure and recovery.

Everything was absolutely fantastic! The doctors and nurses were incredibly accommodating and made sure nothing was an issue. The doctor was also very open-minded and receptive to making adjustments to my hairline, which I really appreciated. On top of that, the airport and hotel transfers were entirely seamless, and the team has been excellent at communicating via WhatsApp. I am very happy with my experience so far!

After doing loads of research and where to get my transplant done. I landed on Medart hair as their team were super friendly and professional and answered all my questions and concerns. They ticked a lot of boxes you want to see for a real genuine hair transplant company.

From start to finish was in constant communication with the team. From arrival at the airport to transfer back there was never a time I was confused about anything. My team were great and Rose looked after me outstandingly well, talked me through the process, the hairline the grafts, answered all questions I had the minute I had them.

Was extremely daunting and scary trying to find a legitimate company that will look after you and have your best interests in heart without just taking your money and pumping you through a system, they worked extremely hard and long on my procedure! MedHair from my first contact through WhatsApp was friendly, helpful and quick to respond. This continued from my airport arrival to airport drop off. The drivers who drove me from to and from the airport were friendly and their vehicles new and spotless . The hotel I was booked into was 5 star and very comfortable, which is important as you spend a great deal of time in your room. My experience with the clinic was smooth and impressive. The clinic itself I found was state of the art, modern and clean. Every staff member I met was kind and supportive and English was never a problem. (Most staff appeared to be multi lingual). I had to attend the clinic on a public holiday when most businesses in Istanbul are closed. MedAir opened for a short time specially for their clients who required their scheduled head wash. Nothing was a problem for the staff, they were always accommodating and genuinely showed their concern for their clients. I’ve found the aftercare unexpected. The clinic is still in touch with me guiding me online through the recovery period. I couldn’t rate the experience I’ve received through MedHair more highly.

After extensively comparing several clinics in Istanbul, I landed on Medart due to their high-degree of professionalism and attention to detail from day one of the planning process.

What also stood out was their willingness to accommodate and assist with several changes to my travel plans making the whole process from initial planning to on ground logistics completely stress free.

The clinic was bright, clean and modern offering a truly bespoke feel given they only complete a few procedures per day.

Dr. Busra is not only a kind person, but a true professional. She was involved in all aspects of the procedure, from a lengthy initial consultation to designing an age appropriate and natural hairline, to completing the initial incisions and key graft placements by herself.

The procedure was virtually painless, and the aftercare kit and instructions they provided were excellent. The team also invited me in for several additional daily washes following the procedure and arranged all transportation.

Follow up since my procedure one month ago has been excellent as well, with the team providing detailed responses to all my questions.

I had my procedure done at MedArt clinic two weeks ago, and it was a seamless process. I was very nervous traveling all the way to Turkey from America, but I knew I was in good hands once I arrived at the clinic. The doctors and staff were all very professional, friendly, and accommodating. The facility was bright, clean, and looks exactly like the pictures on the website. A big thank you to Rose who was quick to respond whenever I had a question or concern. I am definitely glad I chose MedArt clinic!

I’m not sure about this clinic. During the procedure, I saw them using their phones and going in and out without ever washing their hands. When the nurse came back and touched my head, her hands smelled like cigarettes. I hope I won’t get an infection.

During the procedure, they were talking and laughing in Turkish, and I didn’t know if they were talking about me, which was annoying. On top of that, many people were entering and leaving the room repeatedly, wearing normal clothes and touching things around, which didn’t seem very hygienic and could easily lead to contamination.

I had a great experience with my hair transplant clinic from start to finish. The team treated me extremely well throughout the entire process and made me feel comfortable and informed every step of the way.

I come to Istanbul solo, I had done a lot of research and discovered this clinic, saw some great results and they answered all questions before hand properly not just saying yes.

They had a proper plan in place for the future to protect donor area long term not over harvesting.

I had read lots of different experiences from other clinics and some horror story’s and stuff so I arrived a little nervous but knew this was the right place early on.
All questions answered all care given, staff brilliant. The actual procedure I thought would hurt and I’d accepted that going into it mentally, and that I was going to have a migraine for a few days and that my face would swell etc but none of that happened.

The initial injections hurt but the surgeon and staff warned me off this but then after that numbness was out the way I couldn’t feel a thing. They also checked before starting that all was numb in any areas that was not yet fully numbed, they applied more anaesthetic. I have friends who had this procedure done in the uk and didn’t get that option.

At that point it was just a case of laying there and waiting for the procedure for a few hours. Once that was out the way all patched up got back to my hotel slept upright which wasn’t as bad as initially expected. The following day arrived back into the clinic for bandage removal and a wash by the staff as well as a check. When the clinic found out my flight was the afternoon of the next day they arranged for me to come back in again and get cleaned again on way the airport which I really appreciate. The bandage removal feels like a little burn for 30 seconds then it’s all okay.

There is a lot of misinformation that puts people off and rightly so from some story’s online it does make you nervous, however in my experience Medart delivered on every aspect. I am currently back home 4 days after the procedure just a case of waiting for the results and following the guidance given. Checking in via WhatsApp as well as having every question answered via WhatsApp too.

I had a hair transplant surgery at Medart Hair Clinic Istanbul exactly six months ago.
I am extremely satisfied with the results and would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the staff at the clinic.
Istanbul is far from where I live in Tokyo, and considering the aftercare and other factors, I thought I would have to give up on the idea.
