I had a very positive experience with your team. Although the most important thing is, of course, the final result of the hair transplant, I can already say that I felt confident, safe, and well cared for throughout the entire process.

From the initial consultation to the day of the procedure, the team was professional, attentive, and reassuring. Everyone took the time to provide the right information at the right moment and made sure I fully understood each step of the process. The level of care and attention I received at the clinic exceeded my expectations.

I would also like to highlight the kindness and professionalism of your interpreter. They were exceptional—an easy 10/10. Their support made communication effortless and helped me feel comfortable throughout my stay.

I appreciated your flexibility with transportation. The fact that you drove me to my second hotel instead of the airport was a thoughtful gesture that I truly appreciated. The drivers were also consistently punctual, making every transfer smooth and stress-free.

I do have one small suggestion regarding the post-surgery care kit. I would have appreciated being informed about its cost when I made my initial deposit, as it represents a significant additional expense on top of an already substantial investment in the procedure.

Finally, I really appreciate the continued follow-up after the procedure. Being able to send photos and receive remote follow-up care is an excellent service that provides great peace of mind.

I was very happy for the pre-operative and on the day of the operation as Medart has a professional team to run things efficiently and smoothly. I am particularly impressed by all the female staff (male staff are also great) from doctors, nurses and managers. They are the most active parts of the society I have never seen in other similar countries. Well done the clinic as well as the country!

I had an overall positive experience with Medart Hair Clinic. They were incredibly accommodating and managed to book me in despite a very short notice of just a few weeks.The communication from start to finish was great and easy. All the logistics—including the airport pickups, drop-offs, and transfers between the clinic and hotel went incredibly smoothly. The clinic itself was spotless, and the staff were both helpful and professional.The doctor was excellent; she and her team were highly professional and made sure my my questions and concerns were answered before and after procedure. While I am still waiting on my final results, their coordinator is regularly checking in on me and continuing to answer any questions I have during recovery. So far the recovery is going smooth and I'm looking forward to see the final results in few months. I'd recommend Medart for their quality and service!

I researched more than 10 clinics, and I genuinely feel I got the best value. My contact, Yaman, always gave clear and honest answers — not templates or sales talk. Even my very specific questions were handled with care, which made me feel they prioritize each patient’s experience instead of just pushing the cheapest, most profitable option like some other clinics I spoke with.
The procedure planning and execution went exactly as expected. For my Norwood 2.5–3, Dr. Demirel worked on the central area with DHI where I still had native hair, and he set the pattern for the hair transplant specialist to continue. Everyone in the room was respectful and focused throughout, and they played relaxing Turkish music during the operation.
The anesthesia was more painful than I anticipated. After the procedure, they gave me a big baguette sandwich, which honestly felt like a reward after finishing everything. Yaman explained the post‑procedure instructions, but I think I misunderstood the part about keeping my head straight at all times. The next day I had noticeable swelling because the anesthesia fluid moved down toward my eyebrows — hopefully this helps someone else avoid the same mistake.

During my first wash, I met Rose, who took excellent care of me. She immediately addressed a small microcirculation issue and worked together with Dr. Demirel to resolve it. I only have positive things to say about her diligence and attention.
Now I’m on day 12, everything is healing well, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Medart. Dogan has also been taking great care of me during the post‑surgery phase.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the whole experience so far. The pre-operative process was well planned, and I was especially happy with how quickly and clearly my questions were answered beforehand.

On the day of the operation, I also felt that everything was very well organized — from the hairline planning and the pre-operative discussions to the overall preparation. I felt well taken care of, and I have the impression, and of course hope, that the hairline was placed in the best possible way for the final result.
The entire team was very friendly, professional, and competent. The procedure itself went as discussed. Dr. Demirel defined the hairline and was involved in the important steps, which gave me confidence.

The care during the operation was very professional as well. I especially want to mention Rose, who was extremely attentive and gave me the feeling that everything was well coordinated and under control. From the hotel pick-up, the hotel itself, and all transfers to the organization at the clinic, everything went very smoothly.

The operation was of course very long, and the pain was a little more than I had expected, but that is okay — I was prepared to go through some discomfort, and I am happy that it is now done and went well.

I also really appreciate the aftercare and your ongoing support now. It is very positive and reassuring, and I feel well looked after. I hope everything continues like this during the healing process and, of course, that the final result will be very good.

I had been considering going to Turkey for what would be my second hair transplant for quite some time. There are many clinics there, but the consistently high scored reviews drew me to MedArt. I researched lots of clinics, but MedArt stood out as having great results and lots of genuine feedback from their clients.

I decided to book with them, and I had my procedure on 29th June 2026. From start to finish, the whole experience has been fantastic. I was initially in contact with Adem through WhatsApp. His communication was clear, and he replied instantly to every query that I had. From landing in Istanbul, I was made to feel like a priority.

The night before my procedure, I was introduced to Rose on WhatsApp. Like Adem, she was extremely professional and responsive.

When I arrived at the clinic, I was impressed with how modern it was. It was also extremely clean, in every single area.

My surgeon was Dr Büşra Yakupoğlu. After having my bloods checked, I went into a consultation room with her. She instantly put me at ease, and I could tell that she was a complete professional. Her English was really impressive, and she answered every query that I had with incredible detail. I was also really impressed at how honest she was about the results I could expect. She instantly built trust with me, and I was very grateful to have somebody who was both honest and caring.

The procedure went very smoothly, with no issues at all. The team all worked hard to keep me comfortable, and they gave me some lunch when needed.

When my procedure was finished, I met Rose. Her aftercare was nothing short of phenomenal. She made sure I felt okay and gave me very clear instructions of what I should be doing for the next few days. I was very grateful to have her as a contact, and she replied to any messages that I had instantly.

Upon returning to the UK, I also received a prompt check-in from Doğancan, who made the next steps very clear to me. I now feel fully confident that the clinic will care about my results long after I have had my procedure.

Overall, I cannot recommend this clinic enough. After already having one previous hair transplant, I can tell that they work to an extremely high quality, and I am so happy with what they have done. I met lots of people from the clinic, and unfortunately I don't know all of their names to thank them personally. But everyone that I encountered was a pleasure to deal with. As mentioned, Adem, Rose and Dr Büşra were all incredible assets to MedArt, and I would really recommend getting in touch with them if you are considering having a hair transplant.

Any questions I had were answered. I especially liked how I wasn’t rushed into anything or any queries or concerns were completely understood and everything was made clear to me.

I had my hair transplant done with Medart on June 20th and I would recommend them to anyone. The whole team is kind and they really look after you from beginning to end and after the procedure as well. The clinic is extremely clean and I felt safe throughout the whole thing, they also only had a few people in at the same time so you get constant attention and check-ins from the doctors as well. They genuinely seem to care and are passionate about what they do.

Not related to the actual procedure but one piece of feedback I’ve already given to the team is the transportation could be much better, we waited a long time for our driver at the airport to pick us up and after my procedure I waited quite a long time as well when I just wanted to get back to the hotel and rest as it’s a very long day. Also if you’re coming from Scotland, make sure you have English pounds! Scottish pound notes aren’t accepted and you’ll end up paying the 10% credit card fee.

All in all, I am really happy with my experience and am looking forward to seeing the results.
