Da anni combattevo con la perdita di capelli, e non mi vedevo più bene, così finalmente mi sono deciso per questa soluzione. Trovare la clinica giusta ad Istanbul non è facile, però da quando ho iniziato a sentire Medart mi sono sentito tranquillo e il pacchetto che mi hanno proposto l’ho trovato soddisfacente.
Così decido di affidarmi a loro. Arrivato a Istanbul mi hanno fatto sentire tranquillo in tutti i passaggi, dalla prima visita, alla spiegazione del trapianto e il post.
Io che sono sempre stato una persona timorosa di ospedali o operazioni, mi sono fidato di loro e per tutto il tempo del trapianto non ho avvertito troppo dolore.
Mi hanno trapiantato quasi 4100 bulbi in 9 ore.
Per i 2 giorni successivi mi hanno fatto visita e pulizia, e mi hanno seguito molto anche una volta tornato a casa.
Ringrazio soprattutto Rose che ha risposto sempre ai miei dubbi sulle medicazioni da fare, e mi ha seguito successivamente.
Ovviamente c’è stato al secondo mese il periodo di shock loss, però non mi sono demoralizzato e ho continuato le mie cure, e posso dire adesso, a distanza di 8 mesi, di essere soddisfatto.
Quindi l’esperienza con MedArt per me è stata molto positiva e ve la consiglio!

The doctor closely monitored my progress daily and actively adjusted my post-op medications to ensure the best possible recovery and results. Having daily hair washes at the clinic while I was in town made the initial post-op recovery seamless and stress-free.

Beyond the medical care, the logistics were flawless—the hotel accommodations and private transportation services were prompt, comfortable, and took all the hassle out of traveling for surgery.

I want to warn future patients about the highly misleading practices and hidden realities of Medart Hair Clinic. Be careful and always keep records of your chat logs with the clinic staff. In my case, during the online evaluation based on high-quality photos, they officially confirmed the graft count (3,500–4,000) twice and sold me the "Elite Package" for €3,750. However, upon arrival at the clinic, the promised number was cut almost in half grafts—and part of the planned areas were left completely untouched. Pay close attention to their workflow: the contract signing takes place before the live examination by the doctor. Only after signing the contract do you get the actual exam, after which you might find out completely new information about your donor area and receive half the surgical scope.Even though the surgical scope was cut in half after signing the contract, I was still forced to pay the full price. The clinic is not inclined to resolve issues caused by their mistakes in good faith—the management flatly refused to adjust the price or offer a partial refund for the unperformed work. Additionally, the promised "VIP Transfer" was a disappointment. It is not a private transfer—the vehicle was packed with other clients, and due to the waiting, the ride from the airport took 1.5 hours instead of the usual 30 minutes.Do not trust online promises—they bind you with a contract before the real examination, and later you end up paying full price for half the job

I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience with MedArt Hair Clinic. From the very beginning of my journey in November of last year, all the way through my hair transplant procedure, their team has been absolutely amazing.

Choosing to have a hair transplant is a major decision, especially when you're traveling internationally, so I had a lot of questions and concerns throughout the process. What really stood out to me about MedArt was their communication and willingness to help every step of the way. From my initial conversations, they were patient, professional, knowledgeable, and always took the time to answer my questions and make sure I understood everything.

The communication leading up to my procedure was excellent. They kept me informed about what to expect, helped me prepare for my trip to Istanbul, explained the procedure and aftercare, and made the entire process feel much less stressful. I traveled from the United States to Istanbul for this procedure, and I can honestly say that MedArt made the entire journey from November to my procedure date feel organized, comfortable, and well-supported.

good morning, i had a hair transplant at Medart Limited.
i was looked since day one until today by Giorgia, and for the post-operative time by Doğancan, who, in my opinion, enriched and are the highlight of my satisfaction.

the operating staff was friendly and competent; the doctor was professional too and still available today.

at the end, unfortunately, one of the two drivers who took me from the airport to the hotel and from there to the clinic and viceversa was driving recklessly and quickly without knowing how to speak English.

hope my words can encourage people to struggle their own insecurities finding someone with experiences who may help you..

We went to Istanbul in February and were treated great from the minute we landed. We opted for the nicer accommodations and they didn't disappoint. The people at Medart explained everything clearly, and the procedure went according to plan. I am 6 months into my progress and getting compliments on my hair every day. My wife loves the results, as do I !

I had a really nice experience from the start of booking online. Once the day came everything went really well as was planned. The pick up from the airport was clear. On the operation day everything was told before hand so i knew what was happening.

Now back at home, after care instructions were well provided and attentive staff checking in on the recovery.

To be honest, I was a bit hesitant at first because of everything I had read online and on various forums about Turkish hair transplant clinics. However, the care, support, and professionalism shown by your team gave me an excellent experience that completely lived up to my expectations.

One of my biggest concerns was that I might end up being treated only by technicians, as I had read could happen at some clinics. I recently had my hair transplant at MedArt Hair Clinic, and I would like to share my experience so far. From the very beginning, the communication with the clinic was excellent. The coordinators were helpful, polite, patient and always answered my questions clearly. They gave me all the necessary information before my arrival and helped me feel more relaxed about the procedure.

When I arrived at the clinic, I was welcomed warmly and treated professionally by the whole team. The clinic was clean, modern and well organised. The staff explained every stage of the procedure to me, and I felt that I was in safe and experienced hands throughout the day.

The medical team worked very carefully and professionally. They took their time with the design of my hairline and listened to what I wanted. I appreciated that they did not rush the process and made sure I understood everything before starting. During the procedure, the staff regularly checked how I was feeling and tried to make me as comfortable as possible.

The first days after the operation were naturally a little difficult, but the clinic continued to support me after I returned home. My post-operative coordinator has stayed in contact with me, checked my recovery, reviewed my photos and answered all my questions.
