If you need a compound with a specific purity, DO NOT trust their CoA. After a few back and forth, they told me they don't do quantitative NMR and that the value reported on the CoA ">95%" was based on the visual inspection of the 1D NMR spectrum. This is not how Chemistry works...

The customer service is really good and always give quick response, the tech support team is quite patient and answered my questions very clearly. I think I will choose MCE again and I will recommand MCE to my teamates as well.

AVOID - This company makes substandard products and have no customer support. They will ruin your experiment due to poor product quality. Furthermore, you cannot plan things correctly because they are poor at completing documentation for customs, as such shipments are help up at customs creating major problems, delays and extra cost. Also their customer services dept disappears, so you are left to frantically attempt to resolve everything yourself

I often use protease inhibitor cocktail for my protein experiment from Roche but just discovered that MedChem has the similar one, cheaper, and got a similar result, so worth a try.

Rude and ignorant customer service cancelled my order which had already been accepted and charged to my corporate credit card and business account, with our business name. I was told I was not a "real lab" and treated very badly. Within minutes I got my item from a competitor with no hassle at all. Medchemexpress discriminates against small businesses based not on facts but the ignorant opinion of some dim witted CSR. We are a licensed lab and a registered LLC with a non-residential delivery address. We get routine deliveries with no problems from Aldrich, NEB and ThermoFisher, etc.
Medchemexpress is poorly run and staffed by rude fools.

Order the 3 PI3K inhibitors directly online from Medchemexpress. Got the package delivered in 2 weeks and the origin was from Shanghai, China. HPLC results showed the purity of all 3 inhibitors were blow 95% but the website and datasheet claimed over 98%. I can not use them for my experiment. Waste of time, a piece of crap. Be cautious.
