I have been ordering Reta from Polaris for the past year and have had zero issues. I always receive my package in a timely fashion and have no problems with the peptides.

I’ve purchased twice now from Polar Peptides and everything was flawless. Got my products in one or two days, professionally packaged, clear communication, no issues with payments. I will continue purchasing from them. Could literally find no flaw with any part of our transaction. I’m thankful to have a peptide supplier like this in Canada.

Update:
On Aug 20 I finally got my order. I have to say they fixed the issue. Made sure I would order again with what they did. I would for sure recommend them. This issue started June 1 but either way the fixed it made me happy and I will keep ordering. Thank you Polar Peptide

Well let’s see ordered had issues. They have it all after the found my review here now that review is gone after stating they reached out July 31 and would fix the problem. Asked for info sent it and now ghosted again. People you run a business answer your emails. Especially when you ask us to reply. So you have rectified the problem. Should’ve had my order June 1st and yet here we are with nothing. What a ….. joke this started June 1 when my parcel went to the wrong city after I told them it was wrong. Of course they didn’t read emails instead say oh it went to spam. Off your own site it went to spam. Ugh

One item was not sent out in my order and still no response after many emails. I do not recommend since this is fraudulous. Paying for a service that is not delivered and with no way to get a refund or attempt at delivering is fraudulous
****Added after polar response on this site on August 3rd or 2 days ago: if you look for the emails I sent out from your contact page I specify the item that was not sent out in the delivery. So I stand by what I said, there is an item that I paid for and have never received. I RECEIVED A PACKAGE BUT IT WAS INCOMPLETE. I can undertand a mistake, I reached out politely on more than one occasion to ask for the delivery of the missed item or refund and I have received 0 response. I did however receive an answer very fast here on trustpilot. But you haven't looked into this case properly and try to look in the emails I send to find a solution. I have not been contacted to fix thus situation after you replied to my review. I ordered many items and one was not sent out. Without any attempt to fix this from your end, a fraud is still valid consideration. I also sent emails to admin@ address and it bounced back. What email can we use to contact support? How will you try to fix this?

I placed an order a few days ago and the payment went through with no problem the money was taken from my card straight away. Since then, I haven’t been able to reach the company in any way. Today I received an email saying my order had been canceled because the payment supposedly didn’t go through. However, the money is not back in my account and has not been refunded. To make things worse, I can’t get in touch with anyone, because the email address they use doesn’t even work. This has been a really disappointing and frustrating experience. All I want is my money back or a clear explanation of what’s going on.

Absolute scam. They took my money, charged me twice and they won't respond to my emails.

I had an excellent experience with PolarPeptides and my research product Semax arrived well package and neat. I would love to order again from them. I was first annoyed by the method of payment but this is a good company with a wide selection of products and a good website.

I ordered MOTS-C 40mg. The site crashed after I placed my credit card number. I see the charge on my CC but it has been a week now and I haven't received tracking number, shop link or anything.

I will not order from them anymore. I think it probably changed ownership. Before, when I ordered I received a code for 20% off the next purchase. When I tried to apply the one I had it said that it did not exist. I wrote them asking what was going on and never got a response. I am thinking that they are now run by people that just want to maximize profits and they will start cutting corners. YOU JUST LOST A CUSTOMER FOREVER.

I wrote them again asking for a code like they said....GUESS WHAT???? No answer again. Go somewhere else people, they do NOT have any customer service...none!!!
No problem, I have all the information.

Will not use again. Emailed the company twice, to request COA reports, as per instructions on their website. No response. The lack of response leaves me with little faith in the product and integrity of the company. Product numbers are GN82996 & GN82995

UPDATE: Polar Peptides has now resolved this matter.

Since posting my original review, Polar Peptides reached out to me directly regarding my concerns. The requested COA was ultimately not available, and the company issued me a full refund for both SLU-PP-332 products.

I told the company that if they resolved the matter, I would revise my review, and I believe it is important to follow through and accurately reflect the entire experience.

While I still believe the communication surrounding my original requests could have been handled much better and much sooner, I appreciate that Polar Peptides ultimately contacted me, addressed my concerns, and provided an appropriate resolution.

I am updating my rating and review to reflect that the matter has now been resolved.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after my experience with Polar Peptides, I feel other customers should be aware.

I purchased SLU-PP-332 from Polar Peptides because the company advertises third-party testing and promotes transparency regarding its products.

On March 1, 2026, I requested the Certificate of Analysis (COA) for my orders (#4HS91261P and #4HS91798P). After several follow-up emails, I received one response on March 10 stating that third-party testing was in progress and that the COA would be provided once finalized.

Since then, I have sent additional follow-up emails on April 19, May 4, and June 19. None of those emails have received any response. More than 3 months have now passed since my original request, and I have still not received the requested documentation or even a meaningful update.

My concern is not simply that the COA has been delayed. Delays can happen. My concern is that repeated, courteous requests have been met with complete silence. In my opinion, that falls well short of the level of transparency and customer service I expected when I made my purchase.

Because I have never received the requested COA, I am not comfortable using the product. I purchased it based, in part, on the company’s representations regarding third-party testing and 99%+ purity, and I have not been provided with the documentation I requested to verify those representations for my orders.

Based on my experience, I would not purchase from Polar Peptides again, nor would I recommend them to others.

If Polar Peptides wishes to resolve this matter, I remain willing to update or remove this review. I simply ask that the company either provide the requested third-party COA for my orders or offer an appropriate refund for the unused product. Until then, this review reflects my honest experience as a customer.

Really great products overall. Some prices seem a little high compared to other suppliers, but you are definitely getting a quality product you can trust will produce the results you’re looking for. Can’t say that about other suppliers, and I’ve been around to know that the peptide/performance game is greasy. I get the impression Polar Peptides wants to establish themselves in the peptide space for a long while, so reputation is important to them. You can leverage that to your advantage as a customer because you know they aren’t going to tarnish their reputation and integrity with selling bunk products. All these poor reviews are bogus trolls. They are either fake reviews, or haven’t been around long enough to realize quality even when it slaps them in the face. My only tiff would be that they can be delayed with a response back to you when you have a question…no big deal. They’re a business with a lot of competing priorities. Don’t take it so personally. They’ve always gotten back to me, even if it took a little longer than expected. Even apologized for the delay when they were a little longer than I would have liked. You people complaining are way too entitled and not very educated. Do yourself a favour, and do your own research when getting into the peptide space and avoid asking suppliers needless questions….that’s what delays communication.

I placed an order for GHK Cu, BAC water and AOD 9604. The order arrived very quickly and I was initially very impressed and planned on making an additional order for other peptides. But, I’ve been having issues with the AOD. When I reconstitute without shaking the vial and doing as directed it looks like it has sediment in it within a few days. This happened with all 3 of the vials I ordered. I even tried a different BAC water on the third vial. I have been reaching out to them for the past week with no resolution and limited response. Very disappointed.
