Great company, I am now at my 8th order with them. Went well every time. Trustpilot is removing my reviews and flagging them as not from a real customer. I have all my receipts of payments, photos of my products and email confirmation. Before removing reviews, is it possible to verify with the person first? Last order 4HS96763P

They were good off the beginning. Slow shipping. Then placed a bulk order. All the mots-c. Causes infection. Cjc 1295 will not mix. Slu-pp-332 will not mix. 2500 dollar order completely useless. They even called me to put another order in. I told them the problems. They said email them & nothing. Stay away. Who knows what they mixing up there.

Rapid Delivery Time. Great Product. Prompt and Excellent initial and ongoing communication.

They lie about their promotions. Not an honest company in my experience.
Will never order from them again.

I ordered from polar peptides and received the order. The batch number was listed on the vile so I wanted to do my due diligence and cross reference the COA with the testing lab. I emailed a few times requesting the COA and never heard anything back ever. This makes me rate them at 0. Confidence in this company can not be relayed on if they do not respond and that is huge BIG RED FLAGS.

There site states . 'Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COA)?

COAs are available for most products, but not all batches have a COA. You can request one by emailing info@polarpeptides ca

No reply says everything.!!

I ordered epitalon nasal spray and ghk-cu face cream from polarpeptides and they arrived well packaged and way earlier than the latest expected date. Excellent service, will use again in the future

Impressed to say the least, have been looking for peptides for a while and have tried out 2 different companied before unfortunately just to be dissapointed. Pricing is a slightly higher at polar but it's very reasonable for the product quality, excellent customer service and fast shipping. Everything arrived intact, nicely pakced, with a proper invoice, sticker and a discout for next purchase which I have already used. would give this company 6 stars if i could cheers

Idk why there is bad reviews it has to be a you problem I ordered received my product in a week in Sask. emailed them threw out the process with questions and they answered with in 10 min great customer service all around no idea why you guys are complaining.

I will be a repeat customer. While the shipping took 2/3 weeks, the product in my opinion is excellent and I was able to order everything I needed. Appreciate the return customer discount as well!

When I first ordered I made a mistake on 1 product. I e-mailed in a panic because my order was going out the day I realized the error I made. Polar was happy to change it as it was still there. I got my package today, perfect condition. I will update after 1 month on product.

This is my second order - they singlehandedly have the best customer service in the industry.

My questions get answered right away, shipping was so fast I was surprised (I even ordered on a holiday).

Recently purchased DSIP and Epitalon for sleep quality. Been taking for 3 weeks and I’m seeing amazing progress! The products came nicely packaged with a sticker, discount code for my next purchase and a descriptive invoice. Amazing experience will be ordering again

My experience began a little shaky: I didn't understand why PolarPeptides and a couple others only took eTransfer as payment - despite the stated reason on the website - and even after placing my order and sending the eTransfer, I didn't get a response or shipping confirmation for over a week. Several emails and a poor review from me later, I got a personal call from E. (redacted for privacy), a rep at Polar Peptides, who fully explained the situation, specified the legal reasons why they only take eTransfer and not Visa/MC like others are still doing (though not for long, as E. suggested), described the error and what went wrong, and offered a generous concession, to make up for the unfortunate series of events that was shaping up to look like a scam. This accountability and accomodation has renewed and restored my faith in this company. If you're reading this, do make attempts at reaching out every couple of days if you're missing a purchase / shipping confirmation email. E. said their small team doing business and communicating with a huge clientele causes some things to slip through the cracks sometimes. At the end of the day, E. made right on this situation and I have revised my review for that reason.

BY FAR the best company in Canada. Nothing but amazing things to say about the fast and pleasant customer service, shipping, packaging and most importantly the products themselves. Have been taking Cjc/ipamorelin and igf1 and gym performance is through the roof. Bpc/tb is a lifesaver for injuries, and has been a life changer with my nagging shoulder for the last 3 years! 10/10
