Medibroker has been my medical insurance agent for several years and Hannah has been my contact person. I have to say that the support I have received from Hannah has always been outstanding. Very responsive and very understanding. Takes away the stress in having to deal directly with AXA.

Everything has always run smoothly but on the odd occasion when I have needed help Hannah has been excellent. She always responds promptly and effectively and has a nice personal touch in that she shows a personal interest in one's health problems

I've been with my current insurance provider for over 15 years, and when they improperly denied my very first claim, Hannah Barrett was there for me. Hannah did more than simply parrot canned corporate excuses; she fought for the benefits I was entitled to, escalating the situation several times until my claim was approved. She kept me informed during the entire process, answering all my questions promptly, and staying in contact as needed even during the holidays. They insured me in Malta when I was travelling for work all over the world. Then I retired and left for Spain and the found me another suitable but different plan which conformed with the requirements of the Spanish goverment for immigrants. It was complicated and daunting and their professionalism and care found the right solution. I was granted a Spanish resident visa on the first attempt because the policy complied, as Medibroker had assured me it would.

For the past ten years Medibroker has helped me get the best international health insurance. Steve Nelson was instrumental in assessing the possibilities when Aetna decided to insure only US residents. I am not a US resident and was left scrambling. Hannah Barrett is very knowledgeable too and so helpful with sending in invoices and dealing with renewals. I highly recommend this company.

About 10 years ago, we were in a fix when at retirement we lost my company's health insurance. Medibroker reviewed many insurance companies and came up with the perfect solution for my wife's healthcare insurance.
In the years after, they have always looked after our interests well, advising us on claims and renewals of the insurance.

I have been with Hannah and Steve for most of the last decade while i worked and lived in different countries overseas. They have always been responsive, effective and provided me the best health insurance options depending on the country where I was working. I highly recommend them and their service.

I have used Medibroker for a number of years while working overseas in remote areas and found their service to be exceptional. I always dealt with Steve and Hannah and found their service to be spectacular; great offerings in terms of plans and advice and extremely professional. A number of colleagues have also used Steve to organise insurance and have reported similar great experiences. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about them and highly recommend their brokerage.

I've had a brilliant experience with Medibroker. My main contact was Hannah and initially Steve. I would highly recommend this company. Hannah is efficient and is happy to answer any questions. She helped set up my insurance plan and talked me through the details. She cancelled it when I no longer needed it. Steve was also very helpful and professional. I would happily use this company again and I would recommend it to friends and family.

Consistently excellent service for many years, helping me find the most suitable expat health insurance policy and keep updating it as my needs changed. Hannah has been especially helpful in dealing with complex changes after Brexit and then my retirement.

Medibroker have acted for me since 2004. Each year whenever my new premium came I contacted Medibroker and they could always negotiate a discount for me. Gerry Mould and Sophie Spiers were excellent to deal with, sympathetic and knowledgeable. This year (Oct 2019) my premium increased by 29% and I contacted Medibroker to see what they could do for me in the expectation they could reduce the percentage increase. An admin person called Kylie is now in charge of the whole UK operation, apparently. Her idea of brokering for me was to send a request to Vitality Health for a reduction and then send me the email which refused it. When I rang Kylie to ask 'was that it?' we had a lengthy in which she told me that she was not a 'consultant' and I should contact Vitality Health myself. I asked to speak to somebody else more senior and was told 'no,it was just her' and from her phone and computer she was running the whole of Medibroker's Uk business. So there you have it. A company that I had had exemplary personal service from for fifteen years now run by a belligerent admin person who told me to ring Vitality Health myself. In effect, she was telling me to cut out the middle man.

Very helpful & attentive, good all round service.

I had experience in dealing with Steve Nelson who gave one generic plan very expensive! I emailed him but no answer so I called him and he just said that we are an international company and we only have high cost plans if you are looking for lower cost plans better you look locally! He didn't even make an effort to discuss my budgets or what I was looking for in for in terms of Medical Insurance. If you get assigned to him it would be a real waste of time. I have other people say that they had a good experience with Medibroker but till yet for me no happiness at all!

Steve Nelson was worthless. Medibroker supposedly has 30 insurance partners yet I received one generic recommendation from him for Cigna with no justification whatsoever as to why that company's plans may be better for me. He never even asked me any questions. Seriously?! Pathetic. Maybe some of Medibroker's other reps are better, but Steve is dead weight. I even waited a few days and decided to give them another shot, so I emailed a different broker who works there. 2 weeks and no response. Not impressed. You suck, Medibroker.

Never been good at this essay stuff.
Medibroker, in the form of Amy Hall (nee Spiers), has always given me exemplary service. Amy answers my most inane questions quickly and efficiently. She has also managed to negotiate a discount for me, more than once.
Like I said I'm no good at this essay stuff. Suffice it to say that I have recommended them without reservation and would do so again.

Medibroker's team has been extremely helpful in providing my family with affordable coverage. They are professional, efficient and courteous. We haven't made a claim yet, but we are confident if that day ever comes they will work hard to assist us.

We have benefitted from the sound advice and information at every turn, given by Amy Spiers in particular, and have always found Medibroker to be instantly accessible and the ideal conduit between us and the insurer, being able to cut to the chase and get common sense service without being passed from one department to another.
