Overall great service - delivery times are so quick - lovely staff on phones

Customer service is always excellent. Prompt and polite with all enquiries. The last six months there have been some supply and delivery issues with numerous delays but this is usually notified as soon as staff are aware.

The team are excellent, nothing is too much trouble. If you cannot find something on their website they will always look to source it for you. Great range of quality products. The customer care is first class and puts them ahead of any competitors. They are now our only supplier for any medical supplies. They have also arranged calibration, repairs and testing. An ideal one stop shop.

I have been with Medical Supermarket since they started out many years ago now. The fact that I am still using them all these years later speaks for itself. They provide an excellent service, it is an easy site to use, good value for money, all staff are polite and Seb is so helpful. EXCELLENT SERVICE. Deliveries are really quick(mostly next day), stock almost always available. Any additional assessments and checks can be arranged at short notice if necessary. Very good customer service and polite and understanding staff.

Orders delivered quickly, customer service is always helpful and friendly, only problem we have ever had has been with the delivery drivers, and the customer care team have sorted the issue out straight away.
