I have been with the UK branch of Medicann since its inception really. Customer service has declined. The attitudes of some staff members have demonstrably changed to flat, careless generic responses. To begin with the replies to emails were sensitive, caring, and considerate. I think due to the amount of patients they get now and there market strength they don't bother to maintain they're level of customer service. Also, issues with products get fobbed off, and there isn't any policy that provides you with peace of mind. You purchase blindly, and if something is wrong with the product, for instance, mouldy, there is no system to verify or get refunds.

Yes, you get quick delivery, but a business isn't just built on that, is it.

The application process I found to be a nightmare. I kept being asked to provide the same information over and over again. I very nearly gave up.
I just couldn't provide the information any other way.....it was fact.

This is the best clinic available by far. Not only do they have a massive selection of medical products to help most patients, the delivery is absolutely amazing. Order before 14:30 and you will receive your medication the next day. I order mine on a Friday and it gets delivered by Royal Mail on a special delivery by 1pm. Way better than other clinics who use dpd which don’t deliver on weekends in my area.

Can’t thank this clinic enough for existing. You can even get products on discount when expiry date is near. Like I mentioned above, the medical selection is huge.

Hi, sorry to moan but, I am finding there is a lack of consistent stock. It is difficult to maintain a standard of treatment that is suitable for me, if the medicine is not available.
Information about the terpene content would be very helpful to understand fully which medicine to order.
Medicann do give excellent service and are always prompt when answering messages.
