The rep took the time to answer all of my questions.
I was given the impression that she had all the time in the world to help me understand all about the Humana Choice Give Back Plan. Then we realized that my current plan did not include my current physician. We entered the new doctor I had been directed to see. I feel educated and ready to go when the 2026 Year begins.

I tried talking to United Healthcare Advantage rep.
I was transferred 3 times and I was giving the wrong phone numbers to reach the right person for United,
this was very frustrated and people were so unprofessional, and they were not able to help me whatsoever,,,
