Robert Taylor is a very knowledgeable Medicare Medigap insurance agent. It was refreshing having him explain exactly what Medicare gap insurance is all about. He listened to what I was looking for and promptly figured out what might work for me. He made a frustrating decision easy and I felt very comfortable trusting him. Very professional and client focus. Robert goes the extra mile.

I talked to several providers and a half dozen agents and David Volkert was awesome. Very clear and helpful in explaining my options and patient in answering questions. I spoke to him several times with follow-up questions and he was always wonderful to work with.

Great Experience
I had a good experience with Mutual of Omaha customer service representative David Volkert. He was very knowledgeable and patient in going over difference options. Highly recommend.

Because I didn't want to have the robot calls, I was told he couldn't help me.

I usually find dealing with insurance agents and issues about as pleasant as having a root canal. Robert Taylor may have changed my outlook on the whole industry. I had run into what seemed like an insurmountable obstacle with getting part D coverage, and he promptly called me, put us on a conference call with Medicare...and.. like magic, I now have part D coverage. I do not know how he got past what I had found to be a stone wall, but I am pleasantly surprised...and extremely grateful.

Robert Taylor was our agent. He spent much time trying to help us find a more affordable plan than we are in. Unfortunately nothing worked out at this time due to meds my husband and I both take. We will revisit this with Mr Taylor in the future. His patience and effort meant so much!
