Michael at TZ Insurance Solutions was efficient and friendly while helping me select a supplemental plan. He gave me some added tips on how and why I might want to handle premium payments, which was very thoughtful of him and helpful to me.

My phone calls answered very quickly by David Volkert. He is very knowledgeable with his job and helped me immensely. To get back into a Medicare supplement insurance policy from Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company. He got everything through very fast before the deadline. It's always nice to find someone that is that excellent on their job.

I'm 70 and am retiring at the end of 2025. I have Medicare A & B and BCBS from my company. I'll be off my company BCBS as of 12/31. I was looking for a Gap plan to pay the 20% Medicare does not cover. I was connected to Stacy McIntosh who spent all the time we needed to address my questions and concerns. When we finished, I signed up for Aetna Plan G for $212/month. I thought Stacy did a superior job, walking me through various plans and explaining the differences. I am completely satisfied with my experience. This company is the real deal. Give them a try.

Patience, knowledge and curtious

We talked to Robert Taylor ( apparently not the actor )LOL.
We had spent the better part of the week trying to figure out what we needed to replace the original AARP plan that THEY CANCELLED.
Robert was a great help in getting us a new plan, and he did it with a sense of humor.

I knew exactly what I wanted as my Medicare supplement, just had to call to sign up. Entered my info on Medicare.gov and within a few minutes had an agent from Aflac on the phone. Robert Taylor of TZ Insurance called and I told him what I needed and he was wonderful. Got me signed up at a great premium and was able to give direction and understanding throughout the process. Highly recommend. Signing up for anything over the phone is stressful but he made it a breeze!

I dealt with Jamie Knatz. She was super nice and professional. I called to see if I could get cheaper insurance cause the company that I had raised my price up by $50.00. She was able to help me out a lot and I appreciate her so much for doing that for me.

The agent Laniesha Britt was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the insurance plans, both dental and medical that she was able to answer any and all my inquiries. She was also extremely pleasant and respectful and patient with me. Being older you notice these things. I would recommend that she be put in charge of training when it comes to handling customers and their needs, because she is definitely a experienced professional and a angel 😊

When i called about my insurance to be taken over because i needed a lower rate but still the best i could get. He slowly went over the different ways i could go to help me. I ended up with a better policy and my rates was still lower. My dental and vision policies also doubled. He was the best agent ever Robert Taylor with TZ Insurance.
