The representative, Eric Hernandez, was kind, very helpful and patient, explaining the different options in detail and efficiently answering all my questions. He has a great sense of humor on top of that.

I spoke to Mike and he was very clear and helpful and asked questions to make sure we were reviewing the right plan for me and my specific needs. He walked me through the options and he shared a lot of information and I didn't feel rushed or pressured to make a decision.

The agent was VERY helpful and answered all of my questions - I had a lot of them and was very confused about some things, she cleared everything up for me. Beyond the questions she answered, she also told me information about my coverage that I didn't even know about. I was having a boatload of problems with the company I had been with, and so I wanted to make sure that ALL of my concerns were addressed and all of my questions answered. It took up a lot of someone's time and that person was so understanding, not pushy at all even when I asked the same question more than once. Now the only thing I have to worry about is whether the company that I chose who lives up to what I was told and I can't answer that yet because that's for the future.
