Robert Taylor was very informative. He was kind a courteous. He answered all my questions, and I had many of those. I would highly recommend him to all my friends and neighbors. It is not always that you meet someone like Robert. These days there are many people that don't have a personality nor do they give the impression that they don't even want to do their job. I am so glad that was not that kind of person. He was a pleasure to deal with him.

Dreading what I thought would be so confusing and very expensive, I emailed into their website and received an immediate call from Robert Taylor on a late Friday afternoon. He took all the time needed to explain and re-explain things, haha. I chose his recommendations based on my personal situation and it was streamlined and accomplished well and better than I imagined. Growing older is not fun but having help like this is so appreciated.

UPDATE: Anthem declined me because I had three or more blood pressure medications in the last year. So I guess Robert didn't know that my application was a waste of time - and it was LONG application to fill out together. I liked him, but I was not approved so this process was a waste of time for me.

The broker was very thorough and I appreciate everything that he told us

I was very apprehensive about talking to a representative over the phone about my very personal information. But let me tell you that Teri Copeland from T & Z was simply amazing! She calmly reassured me that my fears were unfounded and that I was under NO pressure to sign up with her. She guided me through the entire process and saved me about $2,800 annually. She was thorough and proceeded at a pace that I was completely comfortable with. I learned so much from her and then I went out and recruited a bunch of friends to give her a call as well! Terri Copeland is the best!

Robert Taylor answered all my questions about differences in medicare plans, and identified some considerations I hadn't thought of. I am very satisfied with the customer service I received and will recommend his services to others when opportunity arises.
