Warm praise for this excellent clinic. I was very worried about the challenges involved in finding a reliable provider of the crucial pre-flight covid PCR test. I booked with MEDIC CLINIC on the advice of another very satisfied traveller, and am delighted that I did so. In total contrast to other providers (including the one I must book with in Italy for my departure test), MEDIC CLINIC answer their phones promptly & courteously! Their response emails are equally prompt &informative. Indeed I have found every aspect of my experience with MEDIC CLINIC to be outstanding. Their team have been caring, professional & knowledgeable about the whole complicated process. They accept reservations for tests well in advance of one's travel date, unlike the big chain provider I thought I would have to use. They send confirmations by email with full details, & clearly understand how to ensure that tests meet the requirements of the airline & destination country. I was delighted by the speed with which they reported on my test - less than 24 hours. And their report has been accepted without question by the Italian authorities. I strongly recommend MEDIC CLINIC to travellers in need of pre- & post-travel covid tests.

Exceptional service, the entire team are very professional. We have used the clinic for some time now and various services that they offer, and we always receive a very high personal service each time, where Dr Swarmy has always gone above and beyond. I would highly recommend the Clinic, and very lucky to have it on our door step.

Excellent service especially given the confusion around fit to fly criteria - I spoke with several clinic, foreign office and travel agent’s and this was the first team and receptionists that were very clear on the rules which put my mind at test straight away. I even received the results within 24 hours. Simply brilliant service.

I used The Medic Clinic in June for Day 2, Day 5, and Day 8 on-site tests. They provided an excellent service throughout - staff responded quickly to emails, they were helpful, very pleasant staff in person, I received my results quickly - under 24 hours after having taken the tests. I will use them for further tests. Highly recommended.

Very professional service, rang Friday morning, had appointment 12.30, results next morning by 12.30. Receptionist very friendly and the guy doing the test was an absolute gentleman. Was in and out within 5 minutes. 120 pound. Will definitely use them again. Used boots before and it was all a bit too complicated for my liking.

Medic Clinic in Bedford are as good as gold in every sense. They are extremely efficient and do exactly what they claim. The staff, especially Haleema is very kind and helpful. As far as the 'Fit to Fly' PCR test is concerned, I can only speak of them in superlative terms and can recommend their service to one and all.

Beyond my Expectations, despite short turnaround time for Covid fit to fly… the Admin team Ruby and Haleemah have shown their skill in solving problems and fulfilling all their clients needs.
Despite my rushed temper as I was worried to catch a flight. All issues solve in good time. Clear instructions for documents and paperwork. I don’t see a blemish.

You didn’t let me down!

I had an appointment with Dr Katimada to remove and replace the Nexplanon implant. This was because I was told the waiting list for NHS could be months.

The Clinic is spotless, the staff are amazing and the price was very reasonable compared to others I checked out.

Dr Katimada was fantastic, she put me at ease straight away, explained everything in full and even put some music on of my choice to help me relax during the procedure. All in all, I can't recommend her highly enough, I didn't feel a thing, not even the scratch from the local anaesthetic. Brilliant service and worth every penny.

Great service. Prompt, responsive and efficient. I've used multiple times and very satisfied. Clear time windows when tester will arrive. Results available the next morning. Not cheap (at all!) but I guess you get what you pay for :)

Returning from Bahrain we arranged 2,5 and 8 day PCR test from abroad. Super friendly, efficient and gentle testing for me and my 11 year old daughter. Can highly recommend it!

Travelling to an Amber list country, I needed a pre-flight test, then the Day 2, Day 5 and Day 8 tests on return. Medic Clinic arranged all within one call to them, and all tests have now been completed. Results were sent within 24 hours as requested. Staff were pleasant and friendly, and tests administered very professionally. I would be happy to use them again. AB
