Could not deliver on the signed SOW
I signed a statement of work for ~30K medical leads and paid in full. They then came back and said they could not do that amount and only send me ~10K. This was unacceptable as I wanted to only utilize one company.. They would not refund me the full paid amt, but then finally said they would only charge me for the 10k. Now I must go out and find another lead list vendor. Terrible company! The leads received were even garbage as the first 10 I emailed, only 2 were good emails. They should never have moved forward if they could not have delivered on the agreeable SOW.
Update on March 9, 2026…Medicoleads reached out to me and told me they’d give the balance of money owed to me as long as I delete this review. No thanks! Keeping it classy Medicoleads!
Update on March 23, 2026...we have reached out to many of the 10K leads and 20%+ emails bounced back as bad emails.

Following your feedback, we conducted a comprehensive internal review to identify the source of the mismatch between expectations and campaign needs. During this process, we recognized that additional refinements around specific clinic types and filters were required to better support your outreach objectives. Our team promptly worked on re-curating and delivering a revised batch of contacts based on those updated criteria.
In the interest of fairness and transparency, we also adjusted billing and issued a proportional refund for the portion of contacts that could not be matched to the refined specifications.
Our goal is always to act in good faith, deliver as agreed, and make corrections wherever needed. While we regret that this project did not unfold as smoothly as intended, we are confident that our team made every reasonable effort to resolve the matter responsibly.
If you are experiencing any issues with the contacts that were delivered, we are happy to review them, analyze the root cause, and provide replacements or alternative solutions as appropriate.
