Processing the complete Medisupp application over the phone was a big plus. The agent was easy to understand and very professional and pleasant to talk to. The process of the application and receipt of approved policy took only 3 days; fantastic.

Dianna Firth was very helpful, describing the cost advantages of a Plan N for me vs. a Plan G, and enrolling me in a plan with a very good insurance company which eliminated the need for me to do more independent research.

I called Dianna Firth a couple of years ago when my husband was already retired, and I retired a few years after him. She helped me find a secondary insurance, and RX coverage for myself and my husband. We were very confused. She made things so much easier after asking us questions about our health and prescription coverage. The insurance she recommended was perfect for us ,and so was the Rx coverage. She was polite and very friendly, asked all the right questions. I spoke with her again this year to check on our Rx coverage and my secondary insurance . Again she checked on things and recommended a secondary insurance for me only, as my husband is seeing many doctors and in the hospital alot. I was approved and she is now working on our RX coverage. Which I'm sure will be the best coverage for us also.We are very happy with her service.

Dianna Firth, Medisupps.com Advisor has been amazing at getting me enrolled onto a Medicare plan, finally. Her work started a couple of years ago when a Rheumatologist I saw prescribed a Biologic, a prescription that I never got filled nor took. However, having that information in my medical history and that prescription on my Consumer Report destined me to be ineligible to transition from an Medicare Advantage plan to Medicare. Dianna went to work and has been tireless in getting me onto a Medicare plan. She has also been responsive, dependable, deligent, and reliable!!
So, if you need help in getting onto your best Medicare plan, please call Dianna, as she will go to work for you. It took a couple of years with some frustration and disappointment, but now it is successfully done.

Medisupps.com is FANTASTIC! I found Russel's company on YouTube and decided to call because his video made sense of Medicare - it was concise and to the point. I tried others and just wasn't satisfied with the service. Russell actually answers his phone or calls back right away - a rarity these days. He is honest, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with - I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone trying to navigate through the Medicare process.

My original call was helpful and I received a prompt call. After that not so much I had not heard anything for a week after my phone interview so I called to check on the status, I was concerned not hearing. I called cigna and talked to an underwriter who said it was accepted. My husband went through another company and already has his card. This is the first I have heard anything since October 7.
