Too much delivery fee for nothing
Their service used to b so good before covid. Back then it was $10 delivery fee and through DHL, the medicines used to come quickly within 15 days.
Now they charge $30 delivery fee and carrier is india post which doesn’t give any tracking updates for a month after the item has left the country. Its been a month and still no updates when i will get. Nowadays the average time is 40 days. Its my 5th time in the past 2 years that item has taken more than a month. Ridiculous.
if you are charging this much delivery fee, atleast choose a better carrier provider for international items.
