I received excellent customer service assisting me with changes to the delivery schedule for my bath tub! In a world where no human answers a phone, these folks were prompt and responsive. Thank you!

Tracking does not work

The freight company your company selected for delivery is horrible. They have zero flexibility in their scheduling which makes it impossible to do business with your comany.
I am a contractor and my job sites are open 5 days a week from 7AM - 3:30PM and your freight company refuses to delivery between those hours.

Furthermore I have contacted your customer service more that 3 days ago concerning this matter and am still waiting for a resolution. I've even offered to pick up the tub myself but have still not received an answer.

The original tub arrived and the box was undamaged. We removed the tub from the box and moved it into the house while waiting for tile work and rough plumbing to be completed. It was nearly 2 months before the tub could be installed and when the protective foam around the rim was removed, a large crack was discovered. I called Medunjess customer service and explained the problem. They asked me to text a picture of the crack and the following day I received a call asking if I wanted a new tub or a full refund. I selected a tub and a week later a nee undamaged tub arrived and was installed. Couldn't have been easier. I am completely satisfied and recommend Medunjess wholeheartedly.

Spoke with Anne several times as we purchased a large vanity and counter top and was packed super well but unfortunately as we started to unravel the packing we found the counter top was broken and then later found some damage to the vanity. Anne from customer service was super helpful and immediately shipped out a new counter top although the vanity itself was out of stock. She offered different options but none were suitable for our needs and we did like this particular vanity. The contractor seemed to think some glue and clamps would suffice and the damages wouldn’t be too noticeable. So we will see how it holds up. Other than that Anne was super helpful with great communication and follow up.

The best customer service. I got many calls back with updates regarding an item I was hoping to purchase that was out of stock. Every person that called me was kind and courteous, and they all kept me informed on when the item was going to be back in stock. When it was back in stock they gave me a phone call. High level service. I was very impressed.

The person I was with was helpful some, but I could tell she was reading the information from a cheat sheet or other source. Basically I was trying to reassure my purchase with the actual company than an outside source like Home Depot or Amazon…. And she basically said it was up to me but of course would like to see me buy with her.
After asking multiple questions about the products, faucets, and verify the quality of their product I didn’t get much feedback or response. Other than what I already read on my own. I hope what I ordered I will love as much as the other people’s feedback. Cross my fingers on this large purchase with no hassles. !!

The company did a great job with communication, shipping and customer service. The tub is beautiful but I haven’t been able to use it yet. I’m really hopeful it will retain heat better than one I had in another home. I believe it was acrylic.

We ordered a tub for a bathroom remodel this spring. The tub was a good price/value, was well packed, shipped quickly, and ultimately seems to be a great product. Product documentation was accurate and helpful. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

The Nimbus soaking tub and freestanding faucet are gorgeous together. A few minor issues with the fixtures were addressed very quickly and professionally. The prices were fantastic and service great.

the countertop was broken upon arrival. We haven't even taken it from the box as it is in piecec.

I’ve ordered the gray coffee sample twice and have yet to receive the right one. I received milky coffee both times. Very frustrating!! I have spent a lot of time on the phone and sending emails and can’t seem to get a correct answer. When you are ordering a 600lb product it’s not like it would be an easy or cheap return and I need to know if it will match my existing tile.
They did end up refunding my sample purchases but when I received the gray coffee tub it was the milky coffee color. So just be aware the samples and pictures on the website might not be accurate. I will make it work. The tub is beautiful and very heavy. Customer service is great!
