Megan Gilliead handled the sale of a leasehold flat for our family at a really difficult time. The sale turned out to be far more complicated than we expected, and at points I thought it would be almost impossible to complete.
Throughout, Megan was patient, meticulous and clear, and took every question and concern seriously. She showed real initiative in pushing back on the freeholder on our behalf, and most importantly, she helped us find a way through.
It made a huge difference to know we were in such good hands. I’d recommend her without hesitation.
