Enact completion review
A few hiccups experienced due to another lending holding a charge in readiness for completion, but lender was changed due to changing rates and they hadnt removed the pending charge... Enact phoned me straight away and let me know so I could deal with before the Easter Holidays, this enabled me to complete as had been expected with no additional interest charges.

Enact staff were very efficient
Enact staff were highly efficient in providing information promptly. There was always someone available to explain processes and answer any questions. Managing everything through the tracker also made the process smoother and reduced the need for paperwork.

Helpful staff.
Overall I had an ok experience, have not done this before so not sure what to expect, found it slightly cumbersome, but got used to it as the process went on. When I did need to speak to anyone I found them very helpful.
