If I could give them 0 stars I would. I waited over a month for my order. The delivery system said my order was in my city for a week. Finally one day said it was delivered to my mailbox. First of all, I live in a condo where we have streets and front yards. There is no reason not to deliver to my front door like the rest of the delivery services do. My mailbox is down the street. It's a multi mailbox. No addresses on it. And the package boxes are no longer used. Per USPS they took the keys away. So the only way they could leave a package is on top or below where it's accessible to anyone. When I went to check of course my package was missing. I tried contacting the delivery service at finmaship. The email came back undeliverable. There is no website and no phone number. I contacted Meemox and explained. They said they'd look into it. Over a week I didn't hear back. I emailed again and they said they delivery company will not reimburse for my lost package. And instead of returning my money, they offered my $15 off the delivery fee to reorder my item but it's out of stock for another month. ⚠️. There's no way I'm going to go through that again. I strongly advise anyone wanting to order from this company. It's a scam. I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. Do not use them. Also, their company has coviently disappeared from tik tok.

Never received my order. They will not issue a refund but offered to resend the order for $15.00 and deduct that amount from the $24 I originally paid. I informed them that I will dispute the charge and they will get nothing but I will make sure everyone knows what a ceap company they are

If I could give them a zero, I would. Never received my orders. I had found them through TikTok and now they don’t exist on there. I’ve emailed them, and surprisingly they have responded but with no solution. They just told me to wait longer. I made the purchase on June 18th, 2026.

I agree with every negative review on this company. I ordered a set of pants from this shop on a TikTok ad. I thought this was legit. I’ve been waiting for 30 days. Tracking shows my package has been in my town for four days, out for delivery for two, and today it shows delivered. It was NOT!!! I’m sure I’m just out of luck and money on them, as the others on here. Heads up!! Do not order from them. Now I’m Leary about any shops on there because obviously my first shopping experience has been a disaster!! Very disappointed in this company. And yes, it showed US when I ordered only to see that it was china on the tracking. Scam. Not trustworthy. Fraudulent advertising.

Purchased shorts over a month later said delivered and I did not receive anything. Reached out to them wanted me to pay an additional 15 to replace my order. What’s the point of shipping insurance if it has no purpose. Do not buy from this company.

Ordered a product toward the end of May, still haven’t received the product at the end of July. They reached out and said I can pay a reshipping fee (almost the cost of the actual product) and wait another 25 days. Do not purchase from this company.

This company is definitely a scam company. Paid for a set of pants never received them. It’s been well over a month and they say it was delivered and it wasn’t..This company needs to be shut down. Now

Horrendous! Ordered product 30 days ago and their RedC tracking company says it was delivered to my mailbox. NO IT WAS NOT! Fraud alert on this company for sure.

I would give a 0 if I could. Worst experience ever. It's been a month and a half and still no pants. They offered to do another shipment with a 15 dollar shipment fee and in the same sentence said they were no longer in stock. It's a SCAM

I would leave a 0, because that's what you get , nothing! I have e-mails proving they are at least 4 weeks to deliver, went on my camping trip without them, have a nurse at my house 24 hours, yet told they delivered, no one home! I disputed and they will only meet my order if I spend an additional $15 on shipping a new 5 pack, but not if i accept them! SKETCHY

Placed an order on May 24th for a bundle of pants. The tracking info seemed somewhat legit at first. When a month later they said my package was undeliverable, I noticed they incorrectly typed my zip code. I verified that it was their mistake and not mine. I contacted customer service, and I was told not to worry that the delivery service was already investigating the issue. Meemox could not provide me with a valid DHL tracking number, so I cannot contact DHL directly. Today my package says delivered, but I do NOT have the package. Meemox customer service is no help. I am quite sure the pants were never shipped.

Was duped into ordering pants from this company that I thought was a TikTok shop, but was not. The ad stated orders shipped from two US locations, when in fact, it shipped from China. Within ten minutes of placing the order, I tried to cancel it and was told it was too late; it was already processing. When days went by without the merchandise and a tracking system that doesn't work, I asked where my order was. I received responses to my queries but mostly evasive answers. When I asked again for my money back, they refused. Six weeks later, with the merchandise still not here, they said, "if you still want the item, according to the reshipment requirements, the customer will need to pay a shipping fee of $15." This is all one big scam from start to finish and I am so incredibly frustrated.
