Meest Canada Reviews 

We paid Meest Canada for an international shipment from Canada to France. We paid approximately CAD 100 for the shipment and around CAD 15 for insurance, for a declared parcel value of about CAD 260.
The parcel was never delivered. UPS acknowledged that the parcel was lost and confirmed that it reimbursed Meest CAD 115.

For weeks, UPS and Meest left us waiting with no real solution. UPS provided vague and unclear answers, while Meest Canada did not provide any proper response at all. Meest did not answer our online reimbursement request and did not reply to my emails to customer service.

However, Meest has not reimbursed us anything. Meest received payment from us for the shipment and the insurance, then also received reimbursement from UPS, while we remain without the parcel and without any refund.
What makes this even more unacceptable is that Meest apparently did not insure the shipment with UPS for the declared parcel value, even though Meest charged us for insurance.
We submitted an online reimbursement request to Meest Canada, but they have not handled it properly. They do not answer our reimbursement request and they do not even reply to my emails to customer service.
This is completely unacceptable. Meest was paid by us, received reimbursement from UPS, and still leaves the customer with no parcel and no refund.

I am currently preparing a claim to be filed with the Ontario Small Claims Court. I will seek reimbursement of the parcel value, the shipping costs, the insurance paid, and all costs incurred as a result of this matter. We have all invoices and evidence, including UPS’s confirmation that the parcel was lost and that Meest was reimbursed.

Very disappointed with Meest service. I sent a parcel by air on April 22nd and was told delivery would take 10 business days. I paid significantly more for air shipping specifically because it was supposed to be faster than sea cargo.
Tracking information showed the parcel arrived in Ukraine on April 30th, yet it still has not been delivered. There have been no proper updates or resolution.
Charging premium prices for air delivery and then failing to meet the promised timeframe is unacceptable and feels like a breach of the agreement with customers. If the service cannot be delivered as advertised, customers should be reimbursed, however it's not a case. I had a a very frustrating experience and extremely disappointing customer service experience where I was promised to be contacted by representative and it never happened. They dismiss you right on spot. The company shows no accountability for its failure to deliver the service promised.

Отправила два месяца назад посылки самолётом. Посылки не пришли. Неизвестно почему держать на складе во Львове. Никаких мер не предпринимают .когда посылки придут Неизвестно. Стоимость посылки очень дорого. Мы очень разачарованы.будем искать другой вариант

I submitted my document to post to Azerbaijan in 18 of April which was collected in 23 of April. My document arrived within one week in Mississauga office which was later delivered in 5 of May. I was told my document will be delivered within three weeks and it remained two weeks only in Toronto. I think this is the delivery company I have ever seen in my life. Whoever is reading my comments I suggest before sending your document by this company read the comments. This company should be immediately banned in Canada because of its fraudulent service.

Unfair charges and weight manipulation (CV181775837UA)
I sent a 20kg box of books from Ukraine to the USA. At the warehouse, Meest claimed it weighed 26kg and charged me 13,000 UAH, which is double the price. No proof of weight was provided. This is pure extortion. Avoid this service! Parcel CV181775837UA.

Було замовлення в одне селище, на два різних адресата. Відправлення сказали буде прямувати з Чехії. Замовила 4 березня, 12 березня повинна була бути вже доставка в селищі АЛЕ служба доставки мало того що не доставила в срок так ще й змінили населенні пункти доставки. Від найближчого відділення пошти отримувача, працівники meest, просто поставили відділення яке на відстані 200 км а інше 40 км від зазначених адрес отримувачів. Нам довелось робити переадресації, ОПЛАЧУВАТИ додатково ці переадресації і вже вказувати найближчі відділення , які знаходяться від дому отримувачів посилок.

Meest, одне питання, ви адекватні? В якому стані потрібно бути на роботі щоб дві однакові посилки в селищі адресовувати в різні міста, за 200 км від адреси отримувачів? Чому я повина була платити за дві переадресаціії? Хто повинен за це відповідати?

Доставка триває БІЛЬШЕ 2-х місяців, на питання оператору коли доставлять не може дати чітку відповідь. Швидше буде надувнии човном перевезти посилку ніж через Meest Canada

If there were a ZERO-star option, MEEST should get it.
People sitting in there have absolutely ZERO knowledge, no commitment.
We paid for doorstep delivery of a 154-lb shipment. Now its on receiver to PICK up at their cost again-double.
They took the money with an assurance that they will provide delivery service for which they charged HUGE, then did NOT deliver to the door, rather handed over to local logistics and washing off their hands that we cannot help. NO research whom to handover where there are many private companies in town to deliver at door, but they want to save that cost, did NOT refund portion of their SERVICE NOT GIVEN, and did NOT take responsibility for breaking their own agreement.
Once payment is collected, MEEST completely disappears. No accountability. No ownership. No solution. Just excuses and silence.
This company operates with total disregard for customers, provides false service promises, and shows zero professionalism when things go wrong.
Absolutely unreliable. Completely unethical. Shockingly incompetent.
Hands down the WORST logistics company out there. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy wasting money and dealing with stress.
Feb 4, 2026-Still waiting for my package which is still sitting somewhere, I have not got my package yet as no one in MEEST have got back to mee regarding a solution after so many escalations done.
WORST!!!!

Fake tracking, no customer support, fast air shipping takes 20 days+ still no shipment arrived. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Кожен раз коли приходив за посилкою не працювала у точці видачі "программа"... Через, що можна отримати або через 15 хвилин або невідомо коли. Ще й може трапитися хамовитий персонал.
