Items arrived late and returns process is not straight forward at all.

It took a long time to arrive and then didn't fit well. So I requested the address to return my swim costume. Then I received several messages suggesting various alternatives. Finally I received a return address only to find out it would cost £21 to send the costume back to USA. Plus I paid £6.99 for the delivery. So obviously I'm way out of pocket and will keep an ill fitting costume. I wish I'd read reviews before I ordered my swimwear. Once bitten twice shy.

Great quality swimwear, but for a company aimed at curvy ladies it seems to have forgotten boobs. Nothing fit except the shorts and I gave a costume to a friend, all the rest returned. These are expensive for what they are and the returns process is ridiculous, you have to email them details before they release the return address. Emails are polite and fairly quick but seems counterintuitive for customers.

Your returns policy is dreadful I either get less back than I paid and also will have to pay for the cost of the return myself - dreadful

Swimsuits were nice when they got here, but was not informed that delivery was going to be longer than 3 weeks. Tracking was very vague. Bought from a UK website in GBP, so was not expecting such a long delivery time.
Some transparency would have helped improve this score.

Very difficult to return so accepted 50% discount and kept items even tho didn’t fit well. Goods came from china although shop looked uk based. The purple suit was poor quality material and did not look like the picture

I purchased three costumes from meet curve. They didn’t fit and the elasticity was poor, I need a bit of control and bust support. I tried to return, cost £11 as USA and most postal services will not send to USA due to new tax rules. I was constantly emailing me curve and they refused to take/accept the parcel their end and it was returned to me. I have asked for my money back so many times but get offers of half what I paid only. This company is a joke. DO NOT USE THEM. I have wasted nearly £150 and I am still fighting to get some money back. Facebook is where they advertise have been so hard to contact, they need to stop them using their platform to sell from. Facebook I trusted but no longer.

Meet Curve UK is actually based in America so beware! Returns are at your own expense and are ridiculously expensive.
I ordered a 2 costumes 1 of which didn't fit...it cost £32.99....returns postage was £23.95. I ended up accepting a refund of £16 so unless you are willing to loose half your money DO NOT ORDER

The items I ordered were poor quality, poor support and badly sized. When I tried to return the items I found the company is in the USA and that items would have to be returned there, tracked at my expense. Had I have known the company was in the US, not disguised with a co.uk web address, I wouldn't have ordered from them. They were no help and are a bunch of scammers.

Much better experience than anticipated given the reviews. I read trustpilot reviews before buying, and can see that if the item doesn’t fit then it costs a bomb to send back to the US. So I bought just one swimming costume rather than a whole host (otherwise i would have bought far more!), and am really pleased with the swimming costume. I will probably buy the same swimmers in another few colours now :)

We live in a world, where we expect orders to be arrive the following day- I wouldn’t order from them if you were in a rush, 10 days ! but as far as the items when they do arrive-100% happy- sizing and fit we’re totally as explained on the website. Would definitely order from them again.

I’m absolutely furious with my experience at Meet Curve UK. This company is a complete joke and should not be allowed to sell online.
They DO NOT accept returns. Read that again. You spend your hard-earned money on clothes that don’t fit, don’t look like the pictures, and are made of cheap material — and then you’re told “sorry, no returns.” They bury this policy in the fine print and only mention it when you try to get your money back. It’s shady and dishonest, plain and simple.
To make matters worse, instead of giving you a proper refund, they offer tiny partial refunds or worthless store credit – as if you’d want to shop there again after being scammed the first time. Insulting.
The clothes themselves? Awful. Poor quality, flimsy fabric, and sizing that makes zero sense. For a brand that claims to be for “curvy” people, they clearly have no clue how to design for real bodies.
Customer service is a joke. Responses are robotic, copy-paste, and show zero empathy. They don’t care that you're unhappy — they already have your money, and that’s all that matters to them.
This company is the definition of bad business. No integrity. No accountability. Just cheap clothes and a total lack of respect for customers.
Avoid Meet Curve UK like the plague. You’ve been warned

My parcel came open and one of my orders was missing, I am still waiting for this to be solved. Not very happy.

Horrific process for returning. You’re offered everything BUT a full return and refund (unless you want to pay extortionate prices for international shipping to the US that must be tracked!). They respond once a day so it takes days to get anywhere. Will never buy again. Steer clear it’s more hassle than it’s worth.

As a first time buyer I was pleasantly surprised with the service your company provided. Nothing was too much

Item delivered is very true to the pictures on the website. Very comfortable to wear. Size is generous, top was a little big for me but then I have that problem with all swimsuits. I just took it in a little to make it a better fit on the bust. Might try tankini separates next time because I can buy a different size top and bottom and there are some gorgeous ones on the site.

If i could meet curve ‘UK’ any lower I would. I ordered off this website as I thought the items and choice they had was great, everything looked legit. Until i gave them my money. I waited over 2 weeks for my items to be delivered and none of the tracking would worked, i then found out they are shipped from the US! Items arrived and one was soiled with Blood, one didn’t fit right and was made from rubbish material, but the other I actually liked.

Contacted meet curve to request a refund and all I get back is the same robotic response. The items I wish to return come to a total of £58.98 meet curve offered me £6 refund and told me to keep the items.. no thanks.. so now I am in a back and forth with this company as they still fail to offer me a returns label, and keep on insulting me with tiny refund offers.

My partner also ordered the same time from this company, she was sent items she ordered but they look nothing like the pictures used on the website she also wishes to return but is getting all the same responses and insulting offers.

Avoid at all costs, wish we had read the reviews before buying!!!
