Still waiting for the delivery i have contacted them several times with no response. It have been 6 weeks or longer and they not very helpful

The swimsuit I bought was oversized baggy and didn’t look like it did in the picture. The returns policy was non existent . The exchange offers were well give you £8 refund for a £40 purchase !!!! I’m £40 out of pocket and still don’t have a swimsuit and wasted a number of hours of my life dealing with this . I’ll never buy from this company. So now off to the shops to buy a bathing suit which is something I should have done in the first place

Unfortunately I have not had a good experience. I was not aware they shipped from overseas as it is a .co.uk website (I should have looked into this more so for this I take full responsibility).

Order does take a long time for delivery (which I now know is because they ship from Asia). Once received only 2 out of the 5 items were in the parcel.

I contacted them immediately and there has just been back and forwards. Firstly I had to send pictures of what I did received along with the packing label. Then they asked that I take off the top label and send pictures of another label underneath. This was a nightmare as the label underneath just kept ripping. Then they have said they need to look into it so we are now 12 days on and no reply with either a refund for the missing items or the address to return the 2 that I did receive.

I will not be buying from them again.

Shipment from US wasn't told that. To return an item have to pay for shipment to US. They kept on offering part refund. Not good enough. Will never purchase again from MEETCURVE UK!

Unable to return an item that didn’t fit , and not offered a full refund !!!!

Bad quality and service . Wanted to return, was offered approximately 25% of cost on a gift card to keep , then offer increased. Stitching was coming undone on swimsuits and straps wouldn’t stay attached. Wouldn’t agree to reimburse me for postage to return even though the product was substandard .

I love the look and styles advertised on Meet.Curve and their social media posts are really engaging.
I sent for a few items but unfortunately their two piece tops were not a good fit for me. However the company does not enclose a return form/label. You have to email their customer service.
Meet. Curve UK and the US parent company does not accept returns. They have offered to refund part of the cost of the items and suggested that I give away the items. This has left me out of pocket and still needing to buy costumes for my holiday,

Tracking information was poor. The good were faulty on arrival. While communication from the customer service department was prompt, they initially offered me a partial refund of £9 (the item was £38.99). When I refused to accept this, they increased the offer to £22 and suggested I could give the damaged item as gift to a friend. Only when I threatened to report them to trading standards and recover my money from my credit card company did they offer a replacement item. This has not yet arrived so I may well still have to do this.

Very happy with the fit and quality of the bikini top and the one piece swimsuit.
Buying swimwear is rarely an enjoyable experience as a plus size lady, but Meet.curve has managed to change that with their excellent choice and efficient service. I will definitely be back for more.

The delivery was delayed by 2 weeks so I did not receive the goods in time for my holiday. When I wanted to return the items they offered initially gift card, then a partial return so I can keep the items, but I do not need them any longer so will insist on a full refund. The whole process seems very dishonest and I don't think this is a trustworthy company. Avoid unless you want to be scammed.

There was nothing wrong with the items, they were as advertised but I had not realised how difficult and expensive it would be to return them. They did not look good on me and I am used to ordering to try things on at home and then returning the items for free. I should have read the small print! While the customer service were polite and tried to be helpful, in order to get a refund I had to pay for shipping to America. This is not the case with other companies I use and so I would not use Meet Curve again or recommend them to my friends. This is a shame as I would have liked to try more of their products.

Do not order unless plan to keep the whole order!
I ordered few swimsuits in different sizes (as have gained weight after birth and sizing overall has been tricky). They were slow to arrive, so I couldn’t get them on time for a holiday and had to order one from Next instead (quick, good value for money!). When the swimsuits finally arrived, I got busy with life (work, toddler, etc), believing the return policy is like everywhere else - 30 days. When I finally got to this, I chose 1 and wanted to return the other ones. That’s why the customer service said that return policy is 15 days (who has 15 days?!). I now accept that should have read the website carefully before ordering, but I was blinded by a lovely ad on IG -and in a rush. Big mistake. It’s frustrating that the response I got was :”we believe you have read the return policy and then bought the items”. Excuse me, it’s impressive how they can read my mind miles away. From other reviews I see that am not alone. Huge mistake to order from them. Never again and will spread the word.

I Ordered two bikinis which were fine but I had changed my mind about what style of swimwear I wanted for holiday. Tried to get information for a refund as advised by the website and when I emailed I explained why I wanted a refund, only to have a reply supplying none of the refund information but asking why I wanted to return my items. I explained why and again asked for the return address. They then emailed and told me that the return address was in Elizabeth NJ. I was offered a gift card or £22 in a refund and to keep the products. For reference I spent £83. I requested the address AGAIN and was then offered a refund of £44 and to “gift the items to a friend”. I could not believe I was haggling for my own refund!!! I have written to trading standards, and the FTC given that the return address is American and have got my bank involved to get the refund. Since telling the company this, and reminding them that this was route of getting a refund is not outlined in their refund policy, they have given me a return address and I have been able to pay for shipping to return the items, meaning that I will be £19 less off when (if) the refund arrives, but will still be better off than the stupid amount of money they wanted me to settle on. I am astounded that a company runs in this way and cannot believe that I have had to fight for a refund in this way. Do not buy from this company. They look SO legit on their site and their social media, but their customer service is poor and they want to keep your money in the process. Such a terrible experience and not one I want to repeat!

If I could give less than 1 I would. Terrible company - try to make out they are uk based but when you wish to return items it’s to the USA so they offer partial refunds or a ‘gift voucher’ whilst also not explaining that is a full final settlement. The the sizing isn’t consistent so you are unlikely to luck out & get what you order. Now having to go via my bank to get my money back - Avoid big time.

Lovely swimsuit, well made and fits very nicely.
Shipping time is very slow. These are sent from China. You need to allow a minimum of 3 weeks to receive it. It would have been good to make this very clear before purchase.
Mine arrived far too late for its intended debut.

The customer service is not what I expected, so I thought the website wasn't real, but after their response and receiving my Bikini which was amazing and looks fantastic on me ,

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They present themselves as a UK company but do not mention anywhere that returns have to be sent to the USA at your expense, which takes so much off the refunded cost that it’s functionally a no-returns sale.
