Vorsicht vor dieser Firma! Was ich hier erlebt habe, war der reinste Albtraum. Am 09.04.2025 habe ich eine Rückerstattung in Höhe von 35,00 € schriftlich zugesagt bekommen. Klingt einfach, oder? Falsch gedacht. Es folgte ein monatelanges Hinhaltetheater, das ich so noch nie erlebt habe.

Zuerst hieß es, die Bank würde die Rückerstattung prüfen. Dann sollte ich „Geduld haben“. Schließlich wurde mir ein „Unfall“ angedroht, wenn ich weiter nachfrage. Unfall?! Was für eine absurde Drohung!

Und während ich weiter auf mein Geld wartete, erhielt ich leere Textbaustein-Mails, die alles andere taten, außer mein Problem zu lösen. Kein Klartext, keine klare Aussage – nur heiße Luft. Erst nachdem ich ein Chargeback-Verfahren eingeleitet und mit einer Strafanzeige gedroht habe, wurde die Rückerstattung tatsächlich ausgezahlt – und das am 15.05.2025, über einen Monat nach der ursprünglichen Zusage.

Fazit: Wer hier bestellt, sollte sich auf endloses Hinhaltetaktik-Theater einstellen. Für mich war das die erste und letzte Bestellung bei Meet.Curve. Niemals wieder!

Mein Rat: Finger weg, wenn ihr nicht Geld und Nerven verlieren wollt.

I purchased 2 bathing suits for 80$, they ended up being partly too small, partly just lacking material to properly cover (at the time I figured it was just a size issue). I wanted to return them but they would only give back 20$ if I mailed the pieces back, or I could get store credit for the full amount. I took a chance and picked the latter. When they sent me the code for this credit, they called it a gift card but I thought nothing of it. I then proceeded to purchase a few other items with the code provided for 85$, going one size up because of my previous experience. When they arrived, I saw that not only they were much larger than the previous ones, but they somehow still did not provide enough coverage. I concluded that their designs are just weirdly shaped, so I reached out to exchange once more, this time, I was going to get accessories, beach bags, etc. items that I was sure not to have an issue with. However, they denied an exchange, saying I used a “gift card” and that those items are final sale. After asking for them to reconsider, all I got was an email saying that they assume everyone reads their fine print and that nothing could be done. All in all, I have plenty of completely unusable, bad quality and ill fitted pieces and they took all my money completely shamelessly. Don’t make the same mistake I did, go shop elsewhere!

Sadly the costume I ordered did not fit. I asked if I could return the costume and have a refund. They said no they offered me a smaller amount of my money and continued emailing backwards and forwards different amounts. I would not recommend using this company whatsoever.

Scam of a company. Took my money but I never receive my items. Several emails to the company have similarly not been responded to. I ordered through their alleged Australian website only to discover that I was charged in USD. The link I was sent to check the status of my order goes to an error page. Not happy with this company at all. Absolute scam. Please avoid!

Received order. Very happy with it. Decent material and looks like the picture so no complaints.

I wanted to return my purchase due to size. They only have a 14 day return policy. I contacted them within that timeframe but still could not get them to give me a refund. They offered a portion of the purchase as store credit or basically to refund my original shipping cost and I just keep it. That’s what I did since I could see that they are running a scam and I wasn’t going to get an actual return option. Don’t purchase from this company!!

Ordered several sizes of 2 swimming costumes, none fitted. Customer services reluctant to refund me. Offered me £42 refund and I get to keep the items. I declined. They then offered me £72 refund I declined again as I'd paid £155. So Ive wasted several days so who knows if my return will be in the time frame and I think 15 days to return an item to USA is impossible so I wont be ordering again which is a shame as the items are lovely. Just put me off

I ordered a swimsuit on 28th December. On 30th December they took the money from my account. It's 6th February and it hasn't arrived yet.

Bought a swim skirt from there and tag was not attached to the product and the hygiene sticker was loose and scrunched up like somebody had used it.

They refuse for me to send it back because they were overseas i thought they were Australian made! They offerd me a 10٪ i declined becouse its not enough, then they offer a 20٪ i shouldve ask for 30% because it was expensive.

Scam. They will not fulfill your order or give you any information. No shipping. It's been 3 weeks. They took my money but won't respond. I'm reporting them to my bank.

Absolute disgrace. Bought two swimsuits I wasn’t happy with the quality and they are refusing to send me any return details or issue refund.

Was promised a refund over a month ago and have not received it. Now they seem to be ignoring my emails.

Falschen Artikel zugesendet bekommen und trotzdem Retourgeld nie erhalten. Vom Kundensupport immer wieder vertröstet.

I have not been able to return 2 items I bought for me mum that is too big. There is NO RETURN OPTION. ABSOLUTE SCAM. I received an email to return the items back to the states, when I am in London. They should have a return option, and have this covered within there company. Absolute rubbish. Never again will I use this website.

Same as all the other negative comments. Still in (negotiations) about refund of money. Was given a false shipping address and they are now claiming that double handling and shipping fees need to be deducted from the refund for each item however, they were shipped and handled together in the same package (which I do not believe they ever intend to issue). Now saying keep the items, they don't want them back and are bargaining on me refund amount.

I have issued a formal complaint with ACCC and suggest all other buyers do the same that are from Australia. And all correspondence will be provided to the complaint process.

I ordered 10 costumes to try. They were good quality but. Found them quite revealing at the top, I have big boobs. Emailed to ask for return details, they offered me a credit note. I said no so they offered me £60 to keep the costumes, I spent £380. We battled for weeks in the end I got £200 back and kept costumes. Which I’m now selling on vinted. Wish I’d read reviews first

DO NOT BUY I'm a plus size girl and was so excited for this they were so cute, so size inclusive and I am going on vacation in December and currently have zero bathing suits... After an ALMOST $600 order I get an email saying I can't return anything and my order must be for a store?!? Whattt they're all in one size?? I truly am so frustrated I thought weeks ago when I placed my order I was set and would have some good options. Return what I don't like like a normal retailer. NOW I CANT GET MY MONEY BACK and worst of all it was set up on after pay not my actual credit card so no one to call and dispute. **** THIS SITE
