Sizes are way smaller than size guide.
I emailed for return/exchange they have replied and my replies have been altered to accept $25 and keep the items I paid over $150 for.
Wish I had read the reviews before ordering !

Wish I'd read the reviews before buying, bought 5 weeks before my holiday so it would arrive on time, 3 weeks later it's not even passed the 'payment review' stage so refund requested... watch this space if I have to reclaim through credit card as a dispute or not! Update - claim my payment never went through and thays why I never recieved - credit card dispute it is!

Absolutely a disgraceful company. Fraudulent!
Offering $65 aud for the cost of a refund for $300 aud purchase. Items do not fit, size guide is way off and quality is poor.
The response from this company is a joke. They do not honour their own return processes.

I’m not sure how this website got so many bad reviews, but that hasn’t been my experience. Ordering was effortless. The shipping took a little longer than I’d prefer and tracking was a bit weird. However, when my order arrived I was not disappointed. The swimsuits were neatly packaged with tags, brand new. They all fit wonderfully, and were true to sizing chart on the website. I will most certainly order from meet.curve again.

Nach falscher Lieferung seitens des Verkäufers habe ich trotz ordnungsgemäßer Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Kundensupport auch nach 3 Monaten keine Rückerstattung bekommen. Finger weg!

Never received my order. Emailed them and was told that the payment didn't go through therefore the order wasn't fulfilled. Checked my barclay card and low and behold there was the payment, it left my account on the 14th of August. Three times they told me they hadn't received it but thanks to barclay card I got my money back.

Avoid at all costs as it will literally cost you more! Ordered a swimsuit which was poor quality costing £39.99. I emailed asking how to return and get refund with their response below. Daylight robbery! Avoid avoid avoid

Our return address is in Secaucus NJ USA. As to your return request, would it be a considered solution that we offer you a gift card worth the price of the items you would like to return and you keep the items without return please?

It will be a form of a discount code which can be used to offset the amount of the product/s in your next order, excluding the shipping fee. And please note that it can only be used in one order.

If a gift card is unacceptable, how about you keep the items without return/ exchange and we refund you £12 to your original payment account that you used to pay before as a compensation ?

This is a sham of a company. Ordered £200 worth of swimwear when they had an offer on and it said online it would be fine to return. When the swimwear arrived it was such poor cheap quality - not what you expect when you're buying for a larger bust! Didn't keep any of them so contacted customer services to follow the convoluted returns process. Was offered something pathetic like £35 instead of a refund. Then offered £65, again said no! Was then told the process and had to pay £40 to return my swimwear! If the oder hadn't have been for so much money I'd honestly not have bothered... but I guess that's how they get you. Joke of a company and shouldn't be allowed to trade. Avoid avoid avoid.

Swimwear was very well made. I spent £230 on 9 costumes. However they were too tight and low for me. I emailed them they initially offered me £65 and keep the items. When I refused they have now offered me £150 and keep the swimsuits. I have just emailed and said I want a full refund or £200 and the swimsuits .. let’s see what happens.

How do I give less stars? Had to pay £20 delivery, did not meet delivery date, items were not that good, customer service is the worst and now I’m getting FedEx letters demanding I pay more delivery which Meet.Curve will not help with. Stay clear of this ‘company’

Ordered two swimsuits..one was way bigger than the other even thoughthe same size...asked to return and they offered half my money back and to keep it to give to charity or a friend...very wierd...now im stuck whether to send it back for 40 and get charged 20 for postage or take the measly 20 and call it quits...absolute BS... can't trust retailers these days...all a bunch of scammers.

So very annoyed at myself - this is a complete scam - quality is terrible NO returns policy actually available and try to give back 1/3 of the cost of items - honestly TERRIBLE

Never ever order from this company! I have never known anything like it! I ordered two swimming costumes they came and didn't fit. When it came to sending them back I had to email them first for them to then tell me I could just keep them and not have any money back! I was disgusted! After about 5 emails later they were point blank refusing to give me my money back! Offering me £20 then £30 then £40 etc when I actually paid £70! In the end I had to agree with £50 as I just wanted money back! I lost out on £20! Absolutely disgusting company who try and rob you! I don't even want to give them a 1 star rating

After initial concerns with my order I received a prompt email & was able to track it. It took a while to see any movement but item arrived when they said & swimwear fits perfectly. One happy customer.

I am not one to leave reviews but I don't want people to get caught out like I have. I ordered 2 swimsuits after measuring and following their size chart, to
make sure I ordered the correct size, to then need to return them as they did not fit. The whole return process is unusual and complicated. Eventually I spoke with someone from the support team via email for them to say I am unable to return the items as I am in the UK, however the parcel.was labelled as posted in the UK. Eventually they said they will provide a gift card that has no expiry date and to keep the swimsuits. A few months later I decided to order a dress, top and beach bag, but unfortunately the dress did not fit and they are now refusing to refund me as their policy does not allow returns if purchased with a gift card. This frustrated me as they told me I had to have the card and I was not made aware of the refund policy on accepting this. I will never use this company again. I am now stuck with 2 swimsuits and a dress I have no use for.

I have received my order but want to return it and it seems that you can not do this

Currently awaiting a refund. It’s been several months now. My dad just keeps getting fobbed off! I would not advise using this company. The product was nice but the sizing was totally wrong. Hence needing to send the product back. Steer well clear.

Items not received paid £60 plus pp just getting fobbed off by customer services . So annoyed I didn’t read reviews on company before I was robbed by them . I also see that my parcel is now heading further away from my address according to their bogus tracker !
