This company has a terrible database, no customer service email, no phone number, and 28 complaints against them with the Better Business Bureau. I am furious with the inability to cancel my membership although there is a button to take you to the supposed page. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I highly recommend MeetMindful. It is designed to help you create a meaningful profile that shows your values and what is truly important to you. I met my partner through the site; we have a loving relationship and are truly grateful to MM for creating a site where people who are interested in spirituality and kindness can connect. Many, many thanks for all of your efforts to bring people together. You have a great community and I wish others happiness through it.

This app/site has released personal info that is now on the dark web per my monitoring service. Makes sense why I get up to 10 spam /voip calls daily suddenly . Can’t trust anyone anymore . How sad and pathetic.

After signing up, I received 2 alerts from 2 different banks that my data had been compromised. MeetMindful had a leak, and my full name, birthdate, email address and other personal information were exposed. I've deleted my account.

all their customer data is breached and is publicly in the forums, I got a notification that my identity has been exposed and surely i found it on raid forums, includes date of birth, first name and last name, including tokens for the password i used.

I accidentally clicked on the website meetmindful and to my horror, my credit report monitoring found out the site was BREACHED and the dark web had my email and password.

Don’t waste your time with a website like that! Looks like the majority of reviews show the service is a joke. Be careful because your info might be floating around in the dark web.

I would give zero stars if I could. I’m trying to delete account and have been unable to even log in to settings or even the website Password reset never shows up. The phone number is a series of rabbit holes selling stuff and they don’t respond to emails.
The first site ever I can’t get responses to even saying hi to anyone. If they charge me again I will fight it. Useless.

The whole thing is splendidly set-up. The focus on a person's internal qualities rather than external ones, really makes up for a different experience when setting up the profile and swifting through the others.
It's simpler and less intrusive than other major competitors in this category, who rely on an unnecessary huge amount of questions to get things going. It may be a niche, but it's well worth your time. Its popularity is growning, thus making the old issue of few matches around your area, a thing of the past.
One suggestion to its developers: to improve the matching numbers, the maximum geographic range can perhaps be expanded to infinity. Maybe there's a perfect partner for me just on the other side of the planet, thus who knows, maybe we can meet half way...
A special gold medal award goes to the customer service, I wrote them more than once, and they went well over their head, even defying their own interests to satisfy my needs, I never felt so understood by any other customer service before.

This app is so dysfunctional and should not even be love. I paid for a membership and received no premium upgrades! So they will literally just take your money and you get nothing more.
It’s a far cry from a viable dating app. And their customer service is non existent—not returning messages or solving problems. They also say on their “help page” that they are unable to give refunds.... anyone with a viable business knows giving refunds is a CHOICE and it is very much possible.

Any positive reviews on here, you can rest assured, they are not legitimate.

Great service just needs a bigger user base. Even honoured a refund when I forgot to switch off auto renewal. Recommended.

I have had several great experiences meeting women on MeetMindful. I connect with less women than on other sites, because they are more discerning, but that is great because the women I DO meet are better fits. As people rightly say,

It's not about quantity, but quality.

MeetMindful is the best way I have found to meet quality people. Nearly every woman I see could be a great fit, because everyone I've seen on MeetMindful is already a special person. For ME, I just need to focus on the potential 'chemistry' -- looks/shape/size.

It's a great site to meet likeminded people. Response time from customer service could use a bit more speed, but the good quality outweighs that need.

I really gave it many chances, I cant believe I wasted so much of my free time trying again to come anywhere.
The nice design is what still let me hope and try again.
The worst UI in conscious, vegetarian or similar platforms. The oldfashioned (and ugly) spiritualsingles still outperforms all others by far with chices, matches, preferences, service,... especially if You live in the englishspeaking world.

I wonder how it is possible to have so many pictures in there without any or little content.
I had given them hints and pleaded to make changes, reward people who fill out forms and repair not functioning features. I wonder how they can continue with that.
I had written 65 persons, 63 of the messages were not even read, how can this be without technical problems?
I got 5 likes and in 4 cases was not able to find those persons in any matches after going through their routine daily for weeks, even changing my settings and home-location throughout Europe a few times and changing/paying for premium twice.

Puzzled how it is possible to perform so bad.

I have been using Meetmindful for several years and was able to make an amazing friendship here. It is great to meet other people who have a focus on self development and spirituality.

The customer Service is beyond exceptional. A conversation that I'm hoping to use for a book one day with one of my friends was deleted after she took a break and Dylan was able to restore it for us! Thank you Meetmindful and Dylan for all of your hard work and exceptional service!!!

Used this app a while ago and it sucked but it seems to have gotten a lot bigger/better in matches. Had a few good convos and a date from this site. It's a little clunky but not bad.

Also, contacted customer support and they changed my email even tho you can't change it on app. Person was nice and responsive.

MeetMindful is very easy to navigate and there are always new options every day. I liked the prompts for writing about yourself. It makes reading about others fun and interesting.

Pretty legit. I like that you can go into more depth on each profile. The UI could be a little cleaner.
