Very helpful quick experience seem very honest

Absolutely amazing team, really helpful from start to finish.

Had a positive experience overall buying the car and it was lovely car. Just thought it was very difficult to get a hold of someone and staff felt unprepared for the booking.

Very professional and did not do the usual pushy sales man tactics which was a welcomed change. They have been very polite and helpful up to this point and I will be collecting the car tomorrow as they didn’t want to let it go without a full valet, MOT and service.
I would definitely recommend them to people in the future and I will also be back when the time comes for another new vehicle.

Had to wait a bit for them to do the works that I’d been told would be done before I went to collect, but once I told them they were very quick to sort any issues. Car runs fine and was good for the price.

Can't grumble at all. Car was clean and obviously well cared for by the previous owner. It was clean when we arrived but they even washed it again before we left! The interior is in like new condition. Not a single scuff or stain anywhere.
Came with all the service history in paper form.
Has all the toys I wanted and more so at a very reasonable price. Also came with the main charger cable and granny charger also, as well as two genuine keys (and locking wheel nut).
Been driving it to / from work the last few days and it's been mega.
Only gripe is the Jaguar remote app was still registered to the prior owner but an online chat with Jaguar sorted that.
Overall, we're happy with the purchase.

I recently purchased a Skoda Enyaq from Mega Car Supermarket and overall I am happy with the experience.
I made an online reservation and went to see the car the following day. Although the waiting time to view the car was quite long (over 90 minutes), I liked the car and decided to proceed with the purchase. The vehicle required the 12V battery to be replaced, which was handled without any problems.
The staff were very friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions. The CEO was also very approachable and pleasant, reflecting a positive team environment. After deciding to buy the car and completing the payment via bank transfer, all the documentation was processed quickly and efficiently.
The only real downside was the interior condition of the car at delivery. The vehicle was handed over dirty, with dog hair on the roof lining, leather seats, carpets, and even underneath the carpets. Unfortunately, no interior cleaning or disinfection had been carried out, which was disappointing.
Despite this issue, the overall purchasing process was smooth and professional, and I am happy with the car. With better attention to interior cleaning, the experience would have been excellent.
