Fast delivery of the correct order

Did not deliver what was advertised and ordered. When I queried this , I was told they do not have stock of the item.

It was a really good idea to order from Megamall online. They were quick and efficient Good communication and all worked out well. Product was correct and delivery was a breeze. Definitely I will use them again.

Im happy with the stuff I bought from Megamall

Placed an order on the 30th Nov, got a shipping confirmation mail on the 2nd Dec.
10 days later (12 Dec) there is still no movement on the parcel, the tracking number they provided cannot be traced on any tracking sites. I have sent 2 emails with no feedback. Not a good experiance

I have not received my full order of Guanjin face cream. I ordered 3 but picked up only 2 on Saturday and was told that the 3rd one will be delivered to me on Monday. It's been a week and no response from Megamall online to complete my order. Some response or feedback would be appropriate.

I purchased three cushions, and when I bought the second batch, they were different from the first ones. Instead of offering a refund, exchange, or any form of compensation, the company just gave me a lame excuse saying, “yes, the product is different” & that was it.

No solutions, no accountability, no customer care. They take your money quickly, but once there’s a problem, they disappear. No after-sales support whatsoever.

Watch out! If something goes wrong, you’re on your own.
