They are an extension of a huge Perth-Music community collective that for me makes being a musician spiritually rewarding. There is a service level here that appeals to this old boy.

2 weeks since ordering & still haven’t received my item. Been told it’ll be early to middle next month(1 month since ordering) before it arrives despite the website saying they had stock in the warehouse. Unlikely to order online again from Mega Music.

The Staff were a pleasure to deal with, the prices are very good and delivery was before the eta.

I made 2 visits to the Wangara store and was served by Ethan (?) both times. He was really friendly, helpful, informative and patient. I would have no hesitation recommending this shop to others

Got a great price for my pedal, and I came in unannounced to pick it up, and the staff went out of their way to find it and ensure that I could leave the store with it with as little drama as possible. Couldn't be more impressed.

Rocked up to pick up the item and they couldn't find it. Standing around for ages along with another customer who had similar issues. Ended up taking another item so I didn't have to come back. This isn't the first time either unfortunately.

I put my amp in for repairs last year - no one called me to outilne order of cost of repairs, or that it was complete. When I called in this year to see what had happened turns out it was already fixed and the cost was over $600.

The guys were very helpful as I really wasn’t sure what I needed for my grand daughter to start guitar lessons at school.. they made it a lot easier

Staff friendly on phone understood exactly what you were asking. Posted microphones so quickly,
Due to a factory mistake one box had to be replaced. I was under pressure as needed for function. Made another phone call and again understood situation and even more quickly had them posted including free bag and return free for address on returned goods.

Honest reliable service

Very disappointing experience given I spent $3000 on a premium guitar.

More than two weeks after the purchase, I am still waiting for it to arrive. It sat with MM for a week before being delivered to Perth Airport. It has sat at Melbourne Airport for four days, four days after the most recent update indicated it would be delivered.

I have no way of knowing when it might turn up.

Please lift your game at your end with dispatching orders and use couriers who are more prompt and reliable. I am no longer a regular customer...

Great Service as aways and online delivery is faster than Amazon.

Cannot rate Mega Music Myaree any higher. Staff are always on their game & Darren & Rob in the drum department are always super friendly & always accommodating. Thanks for everything guys!!
