Great friendly team , and very helpful and understanding of my needs and were patient with me on trying to explain what i needed not many people can haha. I had an upgrade of 10 year old cole clark acoustic guitar pick up system the new one , service was great and kept me upto date on the process.

Helpful staff although very busy. I purchased a $2800 guitar and am very happy with the guitar. Was set up well.

Disappointed that my guitar which was lodged for repair and held for a week remained unattended to. Several updates sought drew replies ranging from still being done to nearly done to nothing (phone answered, put on hold for over ten minutes no one came back). When I rang to collect it I was told it was not done and it would not be ready until after lunch that day. As we were travelling back to the country this left us with few alternatives. The situation was finally resolved by trading the guitar which wasn’t the original intention.

Glenn’s instructions and set up were a great help. However, I found the paperwork confusing. Once the quote is accepted, why is it still a quote… should be an invoice. Once paid, should be a receipt.

I tried out a CT s400 at Myaree and was given a quote, I phoned the next day and said I wanted it, it was in stock Malaga they could get it in by Thursday if I paid a deposit. I didn't want to put it on my credit card as I had cash, I would pay the full amount when I picked it up, he told me this was against normal practice but thought he could do it.When I phoned on Thursday my guy was not available so I spoke to someone else who told me no it hadn't been transferred because I hadn't paid the deposit. It seemed to me that I could have been told it wasn't coming at least, but anyway it didn't seem to me I was asking for anything difficult.
I was going to get on my high horse and tell you to shove it but your price was still the best, so I went to Malaga where I had no trouble.

Such a pleasurable experience, really helpful, genuinely kind and thoughtful staff made it an easy process to choose my son's first 'forever' guitar 🙂
