I'm always nervous about buying direct to consumer products because you can't touch or feel the product and you're at the mercy of customer service if something goes wrong, but I finally took the gamble and ordered the pro therapy bag from Swirise. The bag works exactly as advertised and I'm very happy with it. Initially I had an issue with my order and I had to contact customer service. They responded right away and immediately fixed the issue. I'm very happy with the overall experience.

Love the products Megelin offers. I purchased the belt and it work great!

When I purchased the mask and the mat, it showed me receiving a “free gift”, which showed as some kind of sheet mask. When I received my order I did not receive the “free gift”, so I called the company. They stated it didn’t show on my order and it is random. Called customer service and currently waiting a response.

Ordering on the website was simple and shipping was fast. So far I am happy with the device. I’ve only had it a very short time so have only used it a few times. Too soon to rate the results but I am confident I will be content.

I had a malfunction after 6 month. Item replaced fast and effortlessly.
I am a nurse, love and recommend home red light therapy for pain magt, carpel tunnel, hand stiffness, hair replacement, wound mgt. I find the warmth to be very comforting, also. Puts me to sleep. Swear by it.

I purchased the Megelin Laser & LED Therapy Mask as a Christmas gift for my husband, genuinely hoping it would help his skin. Instead, it caused a worsening of acne and facial inflammation, forcing him to stop using it for health reasons.

When I contacted customer service, I was only slightly past the 60-day return window and explained clearly that this was not buyer’s remorse but an adverse physical reaction. I provided photos of the device (in excellent condition) and photos documenting the skin reaction, as requested.

Despite acknowledging the issue and escalating it to their “quality team,” Megelin ultimately refused any return, refund, or meaningful resolution, hiding behind a rigid policy rather than addressing the real issue: their product caused harm and was not fit for use.

What’s most troubling is the pattern here—high-priced wellness products marketed with promises of healing and improvement, but zero accountability when they do the opposite. When a company continues to collect profits while ignoring the real physical consequences experienced by customers, it begins to feel like profits are being prioritized over people’s well-being.

If you are considering this product, understand this clearly:
If it works for you, great.
If it makes your condition worse, you are on your own.

I would strongly caution anyone with acne-prone or sensitive skin—and anyone expecting ethical customer care—to think twice before purchasing.

What a great service, ordering this overhead led was very easy and delivery very quick! Highly delighted with this product - am using it regularly and can see a difference after a few weeks - especially my scalp - really pleased I purchased this !

Easy purchase, easy delivery, easy to use. My daughter got it for the blue light for her acne. It has only been a few weeks and you can already see a big difference in her skin. Wish I would have ordered sooner.

I was very skeptical when it came to choosing a LED face mask, especially with all the tutorials for different masks with everyone saying about the same. A lot of them used very young people that of course have young skin I decided on the Magellin as it was the first mask I had ever heard of a few years back. I’ve had my mask for a little over a week and have been using it faithfully and I must say I am so glad that I chose this mask. I am 52 almost 53 in Mar 2026. I can already see a difference in my skin and the way it glows my 22-year-old daughter told me that my skin looks so good for my age. I even had a lady at a store that I frequent asked me what moisturizer I use. I told her I did not have any on and that I bought the Magellan face mask and also the décolletage mask! She said she’s been thinking about getting one and now she’s gonna order the Magellin ! My next purchase will be the LED Matt for all of our body health! Thank you so much for this product. I received and was enjoying (for about 4 days) my GrowLux cap until my puppy nipped and broke the wiring to the controller section. I contacted customer service thru email and within an hour they had replied to me.
A new controller was ordered & is currently enroute to me.
I can’t wait to be able to sit & relax with my GrowLux cap once again!

I loved the packaging and overall look of the product. I do wish there were better instructions and usage details.

Customer service response time was quick. However my machine is making a funny squealing sound and they said they would not replace it because it is find. It is very annoying for my clients on certain colours, almost to the point of not being able to use. Very disappointed in this outcome.

I can't find a words to bragging about Red light therapy.

I purchased the Magellan red light and laser mask and chest plate. I have really enjoyed it and it was a plus getting it with FSA. It came fast and thinking about what I’m going to get next. I have been using for almost a week and it really is nice and warm when you’re done. After the second session, I could tell my skin was more even toned and glowy. Recommend this purchase!

Prior to purchasing the product I contacted megelin customer service because I had some technical questions about the product which they were able to help with. Once ordered it was shipped promptly and came as described. The unit is easy to use and seems to be working as advertised. I had shoulder surgery so I’m using it for pain management and hoping to speed up the healing process.
